一、教学目标

本节课的主要目标是:

1. Warming-up

2. Presentation

1. Present the new vocabulary: tall, short, taller, shorter.

model different responses.

Response: I am 120cm tall.

3. Practice

1. Have students work in pairs or small groups to practice asking and

answering the question “How tall are you?”

2. Encourage the students to use the new vocabulary in their

conversations.

3. Monitor the students’ conversations and provide feedback and

corrections as needed.

4. Extension

1. Introduce the concept of comparative and superlative adjectives
