Class observation report of English reading classI was lucky enough to watch a wonderful English reading class in junior high s chool. I chose to observe this class from the perspective of teacher teaching. In this di mension of different perspectives, I selected a point of view. Next, I will elaborate on me observations and thoughts from each observation point as follows;First, in the teaching process of teachers, teachers successfully act as the organizers, g uides and promoters of students' learning.First, effectively regulate the learning atmosphere and stimulate students' interest. In t he part of warming up, the teacher started from his love for sports and made use of gr oups to review knowledge and effectively stimulate students' curiosity and thirst for k nowledge, so as to naturally introduce the new class. In the teaching link set, when ne w knowledge is presented, the teacher clever set competition between groups, stimulat e students' competitive, let the students to express myself in the target language, so in this process, both the teaching of new words and sentence patterns of perception, teac hers are not separate them from article teaching alone, but by specific image, present s ituation, causes the student to lenovo, image to memory.In fact, before the formal reading of the article, the students have achieved a good un derstanding of the key sentence patterns of the lesson. After entering the while-readin g, I made progress step by step through the processing of new vocabulary, skimming and scanning activity design, from easy to difficult in content andreasonable in time distribution. I focused on students as the main body, so that student s could truly experience knowledge and learn to express in words in activities. It is wo rth mentioning that the teacher paid much attention to the teaching of reading strategie s. After skimming and answering the questions, he asked the students to do 2c and rea d aloud. On this basis, I made a simple summary of the sports goods of the characters in the article. Finally, I asked students to retell the article. This is the output part of the class. In the post-reading session, students in the group were asked to summarize the sports goods obtained by the group in this class and draw a conclusion,which strengthened the students' sense of cooperation. What impressed usmore was that teacher emotional goal -- happy cooperative.learning and sports, whichpresented itself vividly in front of us andimpressed students deeply.Secondly, the classroom teaching language and nonverbal behavior is reasonable, effectively guide students to learn. Teachers always keep a warm and natural teaching attitude. The language in class is easy to understand and can clearly express teaching i nstructions. The courseware and blackboard writing on display also provide help for s tudents to some extent.Second, from the perspective of the teacher's questions and solutions, the teacher has achieved a hierarchical problem design, diversified solutions and scientific solution. In the lead-in session, most teachers used simple general questions to ask questions. Students could understand the meaning behind the questionand the content of this lesson from the answers of yes\no.At this point, the questions are mostly judgment and understanding, the students' answ ers are mostly collective answers, and the teachers’ answers are mostly approval. In the process of teaching, students listen to the lecture carefully, and do relevant exercises and preparations after each instruction, such as competition, dis cussion, pairwork, retell and other activities. They can also complete 2Cexercises in the reading part in time. At the same time, I can also listen to other studen ts carefully and correct my own mistakes or give others help.Fourthly, from the perspective of teacher-student interaction, the relationship between teachers and students is harmonious and harmonious. The interaction between teachers and students, students and teachers is reflected in the whole teaching activity. For the different nature of the problem and the transition of different situatio ns, teacher used different ways to interact to promote the teaching process.Fifth, from the perspective of students' mistakes and teachers' handling, it is no doubt that there are only a few mistakes in teacher classroom, which can also reflect that her teaching is effective. Bainbridge, an American psychologist, once said, "mistakes are common to all people. As a teacher, it is unforgivable to be intolerant of students' mist akes." Today, in the teacher's class I saw: for the students' mistakes, she did not criticize, blame; But can encourage in time, positive guidance, timely give students he lp, lead students from "wrong" to "right", let students successfully complete the task, s o that students realize the sense of achievement of learning.Paying attention to details and observing and thinking while listening to the wonder ful class is a kind of learning and a happy thing. In the teacher's class, I realized that the teacher paid great attention to the details of the teaching content, whose purpose w as obvious, that is, to make the students' basic knowledge more solid and accurate. No doubt my thoughts are superficial, crude and need to be further analyzed, but I really benefited a lot from wat ching such a vivid reading class and completing such a report.。
