一、教材分析
教材的地位与作用
本单元取材于初中英语仁爱版七年级下册第6单元——OurLocalArea本课是第三个话题Whichisthewaytothepostoffice?的第二课时。
本课的中心话题——asktheway,从学生的日常生活出发,让学生学会问路和指路。
问路的句型在考试当中是很常见的考试题型。
指路问路不但使学生掌握英语句型和对话,同时也让学生学会与他人和谐共处,共创美好的生活氛围,渗透了助人为乐帮助别人也快乐自己的德育思想。
教学目标
(1)文化知识目标:
①熟悉并掌握常见的交通标志
②了解过马路的要素
③能用英语就问路的基本句型进行问答。
了解外国交通与中国交通的不同 (2)能力目标。

一、教材分析
本课是第六单元第三话题的Section B,本话题以问路、指路为主,贯穿交通规则、交通标志、交通设施等常识性的知识,让学生在掌握问路这一功能用语的同时,学会交通法则。
知识循序渐进,环环紧扣,集实用性、生活性、趣味性于一体,充满了真切的生活信息,是学生在掌握英语的同时也增强了乐于助人,帮助人也快乐自己的意识。
二、教学目标
1.学习关于交通标志和交通设施的单词和功能用语
2.学习关于指路和问路的的句型。
3.学会帮助他人。
三、教学重、难点

五、教学步骤
Step 1 Review 第一步复习(时间: 10分钟)
1. Chant。
播放Flash (师生共同chant,激发兴趣,活跃气氛。

2.Have a duty report.(让学生读自己写的文章,然后其他学生提问并回答。
