 一、教材分析
 教材的地位与作用
 本单元取材于初中英语仁爱版七年级下册第6单元——OurLocalArea本课是第三个话题Whichisthewaytothepostoffice?的第二课时。

本课的中心话题——asktheway，从学生的日常生活出发，让学生学会问路和指路。

问路的句型在考试当中是很常见的考试题型。

 指路问路不但使学生掌握英语句型和对话，同时也让学生学会与他人和谐共处，共创美好的生活氛围，渗透了助人为乐帮助别人也快乐自己的德育思想。

 教学目标
 (1)文化知识目标：
 ①熟悉并掌握常见的交通标志
 ②了解过马路的要素
 ③能用英语就问路的基本句型进行问答。

了解外国交通与中国交通的不同 (2)能力目标。
