关于博物馆建筑
建筑作为文化，与绘画、雕塑、音乐、文学等现代流பைடு நூலகம்虽然 不可能一一对应，可是在总体上是一致的。这就是时代，时代潮 流。
典型的博物馆建筑文化，能使人一踏进博物馆便可以明显的 感觉到它的文化和内涵，穿梭在其中能深刻体会到文化的气氛， 甚至文化的价值和精神。
位于伦敦市中心的罗素广场（Russell Square）旁的大英博物馆，正门 是高大的柱廊和装饰着浮雕的山墙屋顶，典型的希腊古典建筑式样。博 物馆的主要藏品是古代和中世纪文物，尤以古代埃及和古代希腊的藏品 闻名。2003 年，大英博物馆庆祝了自己250 周年的生日。2000 年这里 刚刚完成了由伦敦建筑师诺曼• 福斯特重新设计的大庭院，巨大的半通 明屋顶，覆盖着整个大庭院(Great Court), 围绕大庭院中心的阅览室，博 物馆的各个功能部分被合理连接，也将大英博物馆建筑本身的利用程度 进行了扩充，现在的公共阅览室原来是大英图书馆的位置，现在这里陈 列的主要是博物馆面对公众开放的艺术文献和书籍，大英图书馆的藏书 已在1998 年移往别处，当然，图书馆入口所标记的马克思、凯恩斯等人 的名字仍然永久地留在了这里。

死者之书》当中保存最好、最出色的，堪称为古埃及美术中至于极致
的作品，也是古埃及生死观的明白表现。所谓《死者之书》，即记载 死者为获永生所必经的各种磨练、审判、所需的咒文以及到最后获得
永生的画卷，包含古埃及人对于死亡的宗教哲学思想，对于研究古埃
及人的生死观有很高的参考价值，通常以草纸绘成。最有名的段落是 《秤心仪式》。

罗塞塔碑
1799年，拿破仑率军远片埃及时，他手下的一名军官布夏尔带

是古埃及的象形文字，中间是古埃及的草书体象形言语字（亦

Admonitions Scroll 女史箴图
Admonitions Scroll is the earliest Chinese silk painting, has the milestone significance in Chinese art history. It is this for the Qing empire, the Qianlong emperor's love, hidden in the old Summer Palace. In 1860, British and French troops invaded Beijing, British army stolen it from the old Summer Palace. It’s one of the most important Oriental cultural relics in the British museum.

The British Library also collected more than 60 thousand kinds of China precious literature and ancient books, including the earliest version of Chinese paramita Sutra, "Yongle" 45 volumes , Oracle bones, bamboo slips, printed books, Dunhuang scriptures and maps .

Established in 1753.The museum first opened to the public on 15 January 1759 in Montagu House in Bloomsbury, on the site of the current museum building. Until 1997, when the British Library (previously centered on the Round Reading Room) moved to a new site, the British Museum was unique in that it housed both a national museum of antiquities and a national library in the same building. The museum is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, and as with all other national museums in the United Kingdom it charges no admission fee. Since 2002 the director of the museum has been Neil MacGregor. The British Museum is a museum of human history and culture in London. Its collections, which number more than 7 million objects. are amongst the largest and most comprehensive in the world and originate from all continents, illustrating and documenting the story of human culture from its beginning to the present.
