1. Zweck / Aim:
Mit dieser Sichtprüfanweisung sollen durch die Vorgaben und Schaubilder dem Werker eine Hilfestellung gegeben werden, um zwischen Gut- und Schlechtteilen eindeutig unterscheiden zu können. Ziel ist, die Versorgung des Kunden mit einer gleich bleibenden Qualität sicherzustellen.
Aim of the instruction is an aid for the worker to come to a clear decision if parts have a visually good or bad quality. Thereby a steady quality for the customer can be assured.
2. Begriffe / Terms and Definitions :
Grenzmuster: sind jene Teile, die per Definition entweder gerade noch gut oder bereits schlecht sind.
Limit samples: are those kinds of parts which are by definition either marginally good or already bad samples. Funktionsflächen:
Sind jene Bereiche von Wälzlagerkomponenten, die während des Betriebs mit anderen Komponenten des Wälzlagers in Berührung kommen und dadurch auf Grund ihrer Oberflächenbeschaffenheit einen wesentlichen Einfluss auf die Gebrauchsdauer des gesamten Wälzlagers haben. Functional faces:
