International Trade Contract Template。
国际贸易合同范本。
This International Trade Contract (the "Contract") is
made and entered into on [Date], by and between [Seller's
Name and Address] (the "Seller") and [Buyer's Name and
Address] (the "Buyer").
本国际贸易合同（以下简称“合同”）由卖方[姓名及地址]（以下简称“卖方”）和买方[姓名及地址]（以下简称“买方”）于[日期]签订并进入。
1. Subject Matter。
1. 合同标的。
The Seller agrees to sell and deliver the following
goods: [Description of Goods] to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to purchase and accept the goods in accordance with
the terms and conditions of this Contract.

4. Inspection and Acceptance。

The Buyer shall have the right to inspect the goods

deemed accepted by the Buyer unless the Buyer notifies the
Seller of any defects or non-conformities within [Number]
