第七条 违约责任

Article 7: Liability for Breach of Contract

7.1 如甲方未能按时交货或乙方未能按时付款，违约方应向守约方支付违约金，金额为未履行部分的_____%。

第八条 不可抗力

Article 8: Force Majeure
