简报***小学时间:***年***月***日==============================================================================以人为本是当今学校管理的主题,结合学校实际减轻教师备课负担也是人本管理的体现。
在教务处组织下,以教研组为单位,由组长具体负责,我们在***日进行了新学期英语组的教案检查。
本次检查依据我校制定的相关备课模板和相关要求进行,组内教师均采取了下载网络优秀教案+自我修改的办法,形成自己个性化的教案。
本次教案检查有以下亮点:一、变“要求”为“需求”。
英语组内教师35岁以下新教师只有1位,其余教师都是有着10多年丰富教学经验的教师,同时组内还有20多年教龄的老教师。
教了这么多年的教材,早已烂熟于心,利用好自己的既有教案,加入变化了的内容,就可在最短时间内形成高质量的新教案,生成个性化的教案,不必次次另搞一套走形式;让教师们腾出更多的时间,读书学习,充实自我,提升自我这次的教案不再是为了交而教。
教师们也能从平时教学中体会到轻松、愉悦,体会到成长与成功。
二、变“抄写”为“研讨”。
过去教师备课抄教参、教案应对检查。
抄写教案时,许多教师没有思考所抄的内容,只是按部就班地完成这些“文字”的抄写,把它们从教案集上原原本本地或偷工减料地“搬”到学校统一颁发的教案簿上,应对学校领导走马观花的检查。
本次教案改革把教学反思纳入教案的范畴,反思教学过程、撰写教后笔记可以把课堂教学中的遗憾记录下来,以便在今后再教时加以克服,使自己的教学更加精彩。
各位教师在下载的母案上进行修改补充,修改成适应本班学生的教学方案。
这样既节省了时间,又提高了效率。
三、变“统一”为“分类”。
编写教案因人而异,对于从教45周岁以下的年轻教师提倡他们使用好学校统一模板,从教学网站上下载教案并作个性化修改,设计教学过程,并每节课做好板书和教学反思,以保证课堂教学过程的有效实施。
