《宇航学报》投稿须知官方认证《宇航学报》(Journal of Astronautics,ISSN 1000-1328)创刊于1980年,是中国科协主管、中国宇航学会主办的综合性学术期刊,现任主编吴燕生研究员。

II.来稿要求1.来稿语言请一律使用中文(word版本);稿件内容不涉密,且作者所在单位允许该文公开发表;经审查拟录用的稿件,其作者单位将开具允许公开发表的保密审查单,并同意上传到学报网站上存档。

Simple sentence and active voice are preferred, and verb should be close to the subject.)Low service ability of an airfield area causes frequent air traffic congestion and flight delays at busy airports. The airport system calls for capacity and efficiency improvements urgently to relieve the current congested situation. In this work, an optimization approach for the col-laborative operating modes of multi-runway systems is proposed to balance the demand and capacity. Runway operating modes are classified in detail taking into consideration the airport layout, air traffic characteristics, weather conditions and other factors comprehensively. Based on the theory of runway capacity envelope, a corresponding optimization model is established by in-troducing the capacity loss coefficient which objectively reflects the mode switching char-acteristics. Then an elitist non-dominating sorting genetic algorithm is designed combined with the multi-objective optimization theory, Compared with the single runway mode, the combined runway modes bring about a striking optimization effect which results in a % reduction in the cost of flight delays and a % decrease in the quantity of adjusted flights. The approach provided can significantly enhance collaborative operating efficiency of a multi-runway system, and ef-fectively improve air traffic : Transonic flow; Unsteady flow; Full-potential equation; Assembly (about 5-8 words separated with “;”; use small letters except technical terms. m;structural si m ilarity 对图像质量的正确评价是图像信息工程领域内一项很有意义的研究课题.图像质量评价方法一般来说可分为主观评价方法和客观评价方法.主观评价方法(MOS,Mean Op ini on Score )考虑了观察者对图像的理解效果,但是这种方法由于受到观察者知识背景、观测目的和环境等影响,稳定性和可移植性差,且难以用数学模型表达加以应用.常用的客观评价方法有均方误差(MSE,Mean Square Err or )和峰值信噪比(PS NR,Peak Signal Noise Rati o ),他们对两幅图像之间的误差进行了简单数学统计,虽能将误差量化表达,却不能真实反映图像的视觉感知质量,其准确性相对较差,试验表明相关系数MSE /MOS 仅为0.4到0.7[1].此后,人们开始利用HVS 的某些特性对客观评价尺度进行修改,例如归一化均方误差(NMSE,Nor 2malized Mean Square Err or )[2]评价方法.90年代后期,人们对视觉系统功能的理解有了显著的进展,各种基于HVS (Hu man V isual Syste m )模型的图像质量评价方法应运而生.其性能明显提高(与MOS 的相关系数都在0.8以上),在实际应用中,正逐步取代传统的MSE或PS NR.本文提出一种基于人眼视觉特性的结构相似度图像质量评价方法,将图像划分成大小相等的分块,计算每个分块的结构相似度(SSI M,Struc2 ture Si m ilarity),根据每个分块的亮度,纹理细节和分块空间位置对人眼视觉的影响,确定每个分块的权值,加权计算出WMSSI M(W eighted Mean Structure Si m ilarity),作为图像质量的评价指标.经实验验证,评价结果符合人眼视觉特性.1 人眼的视觉特性对于以人眼为最终信宿的图像来说,合理地评价图像质量应充分遵循人眼的视觉特性.大量的研究表明,基于HVS的方法评价结果明显优于传统的方法[3].从图像质量评价的研究进展来看,目前基于HVS的新方法主要分为两类:基于视觉感知的方法和基于视觉兴趣的方法.从视觉生理特性来看,图像降质对人眼视觉的影响是由人眼视觉系统的灵敏度决定的,而视觉灵敏度是由人眼的视觉细胞决定的.此外,灵敏度还受到图像局部空间频率的影响,大量实验结果证明影响像素误差可视度的因素是误差周围的局部区域环境,而不是整个图像的背景环境[4].从视觉心理学角度,视觉是一种积极地感受行为,不仅与生理因素有关,还在相当大的程度上取决于心理因素.人们在观察和理解图像时往往会不自觉地对其中某些区域产生兴趣.整幅图像的视觉质量也往往取决于感兴趣区域的质量,而不感兴趣区的降质有时不易觉察.2 权值矩阵的确定2.1 数字图像中影响人眼视觉的因素人眼观察一幅图像时,只会对其中显著变化的区域发生兴趣仔细观看,而对那些亮度均匀的平滑区域或空间频率相近的纹理区则忽略掉.为了简化加权系数的计算,本文忽略色彩变化带来的视觉影响,而只考虑灰度图像.首先将原始图像X互不重叠地分成T个大小相等的分块,每一块含有L×L个像素点,各分块记为Tj.分别根据亮度、纹理细节和分块空间位置计算出每一分块Tj 的亮度影响因子sj、纹理细节影响因子dj 和空间位置影响因子rj,经过归一化处理得到该分块的权值wj.除去以上因素,分块的面积和边缘灰度也是影响人眼视觉的主要因素,本文由于对待评价图像进行等大地分块,分块四周也无特定的边缘特征,所以面积和边缘灰度并不影响整体的加权系数,不用考虑其对人眼视觉的影响.2.1.1 亮度对人眼视觉的影响人眼视觉系统对刺激信号的反映不是取决于信号的绝对亮度,而是取决于信号相对于背景亮度(信号的平均亮度)的刺激程度.由韦伯-费克纳(W eber2Fechner)法则[5]可知:视觉上主观亮度与光刺激强度的对数成比例,即:s=k lgII0(1)式中,k为常数;I为绝对门限值.定义I maxj= max{x1,x2,…,x n,n=L×L}为第j个分块中亮度最大值,I avgj=1n∑nk=1x k(n=L×L)表示第j个分块中亮度的平均值,这样I max jI avg j就可以近似地表征该分块的光刺激强度,令k=1,sj为由亮度变化导致的权重因子,则由上式可导出s j=lgI max jI avg j=lgm ax{x1,x2,…,x k,…,x n}1n∑nk=1x kn=L×L(2) 2.1.2 纹理细节对人眼视觉的影响对人眼视觉系统的研究表明,人眼对图像的不同部分敏感度是不同的,对边缘及条状结构比较敏感.人眼视觉的主要作用是感知形状,通过追踪未知物体的轮廓来扫视一个未知的物体.另外,对同样类型和规模的噪声,将其累加在图像的细节和平坦区域上所引起的视觉失真程度是不一样的,前者给人的感觉往往更明显.选用最简单的灰度方差来描述图像块的纹理粗糙度,方差越大说明该分块上的纹理细节越多,越能引起人眼视觉的关注,反之,方差越小说明该分块区域越平坦,空间频率相近,权值应该适当降低.从而可将纹理细节影响因子dj取为如下形式:d j=σj=1n-1∑nk=1x k-1N∑nk=1x k21/2n=L×L(3) 2.1.3 空间位置对人眼视觉的影响光敏细胞在视网膜的黄斑区分布较密,所以在中央黄斑区中心,人眼的分辨率最高,而视网膜周围由杆状细胞构成的周边视力分辨率低,不能看清图像细节[6].故人眼观看一幅图像时只能对其中某一部分区域的细节具有良好的分辨力,而不能同时分辨图像中的其它区域.2北京航空航天大学学报 2008年 人们在观察一张图片时,首先注意的是图片中央部分,再依次往周围扩展,即图像的重要性一般是由中央向周围递减,这与平时照相选景一致(总是将所关注的物体或部位放在取景器的中央位置).因此空间位置影响因子可取为r j =1-(1-B r )×(x j o -x c )2+(y j o -y c )2r(4)式中,x j o ,y j o 表示分块j 的中心位置;x c ,y c 表示原始图像X 的中心坐标;r 表示原始图像X 中各点到中心坐标的最大距离;B r 是基础权值,它跟人眼与图像之间的距离和人眼的视野大小有关,一般取0~0.5,可以根据实际情况而定,并不影响最终空间位置因子r j 的性质.2.2 权重因子w j 的确定综合以上对T j 分块中亮度影响因子s j 、纹理细节影响因子d j 和空间位置影响因子r j 的分析,定义w ′j为w ′j =s 2j ×d 2j ×r 2j(5)对w ′j进行归一化处理得到最终的权重因子:w j =w ′j ∑Tj =1w ′j(6)3 加权平均的图像结构相似度人类视觉系统的主要功能是从视觉区域提取图像的结构性信息.该方法把评价值分为评价图像和原始图像之间的亮度比较、对比度比较和结构相似性比较,把3个部分的比较结果进行乘积运算,以其结果对图像质量进行评价,具体如下.对于原始图像X {x i |i =1,2,…,N 分别为不同程度的加噪降质图像.选择不同年龄、不同知识背景、不同工作环境的若干测试人员,对图2中的8幅不同降质程度的图像进行主观评测,将评测结果按照相对评测标准分为组图中最好的、好于平均水平、平均水平、比平均水平差、组图中最差的5档.利用经典方法PS NR 、常用方法梯度幅度和L k 和本文提出的WMSSI M 方法进行定量评价,评价结果见表2.由评价结果可看出,PS NR 由于对图像中每个像素平等对待,只简单地反映了各点误差的统计信息,所以在评价图d,f,h 时出现了与主观评价不一致情况,没有能够正确地反映图像质量;L k 是利用Lap lace 算子计算图像的边缘梯度,给出一个表征图像边缘特征的统计量,不能很好地综合评价图像质量,在评价图a,b,d 的时候出现了偏差.本文提出的WMSSI M 方法,能够针对图像不同区域的特征,确定符合人眼特性的权值,充分考虑了各种因素对人眼视觉特性的影响,评价结果与主观评价结果相当一致,评价指标敏感度高,与MOS 的相关系数大大高于另两种评价指标.表2评价结果图2主观相对评测PS NRL k /106WMSSI M a 组图中最好的无穷大2.71.0000b 好于平均水平210.730.9541c 好于平均水平265.80.9572d 结束语通过对该方法原理的论述和各种实验结果的分析可以看出,新方法充分考虑了人眼视觉系统的复杂特性,对图像相对亮度、纹理细节、空间位置对人眼视觉兴趣的影响作了全面的建模分析和定量计算.相比传统的非加权方法,WMSSI M 1 引言的说明引言不编排节号,不插图列表。
引言应说明课题的背景,引述该领域的国内外同行已经取得的进展,突出本研究工作的选题意义和创新点[1-2]。
内容不应与摘要和结论雷同[3]。
在论述本文的研究意义时,应注意分寸,切忌使用“有很高学术价值”、“填补了国内外空白”、“首次发现”等不适之词;同时也注意不要使用客套话,如“才疏学浅”、“水平有限”、“恳求指教”之类的语言[4-6]。
2 题目、作者和单位题目应简洁、准确,能恰如其分地概括研究的范围和深度,避免使用希腊字母和上下标。
英文题名中第一个单词首字母大写,其余小写(专有名词首字母大写)[2,6-7]。
作者署名及署名排序应协商一致。
姓名的英译采用汉语拼音,姓前名后,姓全大写,名首字母大写。
如:ZHANG Ying (张颖),WANG Xilian (王锡联),ZHUGE Hua (诸葛华)。
通讯作者一般为导师或课题负责人。
单位应为论文首次投稿时的作者所在单位。
单位的著录一般应到系一级,单位应著录全称,单位名称的英译应统一正确[3,5]。

3.1.2 量和单位有关记号的使用应符合国家标准,例如:sin -1应为arcsin, ctg 应为cot, tg 应为tan,不要使用非国家法定单位,如ppm 等表示法已要求停止使用(rpm 应写为r/min);除Re , Ma (其中e , a 不是下标)等几个特征数外,变量应使用单个字母表示,可以带上标和下标(否则由多个字母表示单个变量,易被误解为多个变量相乘)。
3.1.3 字 体矩阵、向量请用粗斜体表示,变量用一般斜体表示;下标字母若为说明性的(如英文缩写)则用正体表示,若为量和变动性数字及坐标轴的符号则用一般斜体表示(设置方法:Mathtype-样式-定义-高级)。
所有文中出现的符号请另附文档说明其是变量、向量等,并说明各变量上下标的含义,以便编辑确定它们应采用的排版字体(变量符号说明表)。
请作者对易于混淆的字母和数字,如数字0和字母o,英文a 和希腊字母α,O,P ,S,C 等的大小写,批注“英大”(代表英文大写)、“数字0”、“希小”(代表希腊字母小写)等。
3.2 图、表图、表需给出中英文图题、表题(子图也需给出图题),但图表中图例、线型说明等一律用中文。
图表一般不超过7.7 cm 宽。
金相图和计算机云图,其中的比例尺等字编辑过程中都不再重贴,按照照片处理,如有这两类图请保证美观清晰,字体用times new roman 。
3.2.1 图 片对于函数曲线图,采用全框图,并注意检查以下各项:1)横纵坐标的标目(即变量名),尽量使用国标变量符号,变量名要在正文中交待,且与正文中符号一致;若正文中无,也可使用中文名称。
2)坐标轴标目的量纲,对于无量纲化或无单位的,请注明“无单位”。
3)坐标轴上的刻度线朝内,刻度值完整(坐标轴始末点均应有完整刻度值)。
4)不同线型或图符是否有说明。
5)是否矢量图格式,从软件中输出或拷贝矢量图格式直接插入文档中,避免用拷屏办法插图图片,否则后期无法编辑。
6)类似图片尺寸尽量相同。
《北航学报》自2014年起可提供彩版印刷,如有彩印需求请作者在“出版工作单”中注明。
若不需彩印,请作者作图时注意用可区分的线形或符号区分不同曲线,以保证黑白图清晰可分辨。
图中文字均用中文或变量名称表示! 图片样例见图1和图2(目前是位图格式,不能编辑,作者应提供可编辑的矢量图)。

便于同行重复再现所报道的内容,由于保密原因不便公开某些内容的,应向责任编辑说明。

4) 出版过程:责任编辑在编辑修改稿过程中常会有疑问请作者答复补正,请作者配合及时答复;稿件修改符合要求后,责任编辑将根据文章页码经电子信箱发送缴纳版面费通知单,作者应根据通知单要求及时缴纳版面费;编辑部有权对文章进行文字性修改,使之符合出版体例、规范要求和篇幅限制;责任编辑在编完稿件后,将其转至总编辑处,按来稿先后顺次发表;文章出版后,免费向作者提供样刊和抽印本,每篇文章1本样刊及5本抽印本,如作者需要可另购样刊,刊款可随版面费一并缴纳。
