4. 试验方法4.1 谐振频率及谐振阻抗的测试:测试夹具短路时调节信号发生器输出电压,使毫伏表指示值为50mV,接上雾化片,调节信号发生器的频率,使毫伏表指示最大,这时的频率为谐振频率;谐振阻抗按R=19.3(50/E0-1)(Ω)计算。
4.2 静电容量的测试:在频率为1KHz,电压小于1V的信号下测试。
4.3 寿命试验:将产品装上雾化器,将激励电压调至24V,使雾化器正常工作并计时或采用美国军方测试压电陶瓷寿命的计算公式来测试。
5.注意事项a. 雾化片的浸水面为零电位,电极与液体不能有电位差。
b. A型不能在无水状态下使用。

2.性能指标2.1外观2.1.1雾化器观应端正、平整,色泽应均匀,应无污渍、伤痕、裂纹、划痕、飞边、黑点、气泡及锋棱;空气导管应无扭结。
2.1.2雾化器的文字和标记、刻度容量线应清晰、准确、牢固。
2.1.3松紧带应无橡皮筋外露现象。
2.2尺寸2.3性能2.3.1装量:雾化器最大装液量应为8ml±0.8ml。
2.3.2雾化器及连接管应无泄漏。
2.3.3连接牢固性2.3.3.1雾化器各连接处应能承受 15N 的轴向静拉力,持续 15s,应无撕裂及脱离。
2.3.3.2松紧带与面罩连接后,应能承受 10N 的垂直静拉力,持续 15s,应无脱离。
2.3.4雾化状态雾化器在有效喷程 10cm 内,其雾应呈均匀的雾状,无水滴。
2.3.5雾化量在 8000ml/min 的流量下,雾化器的雾化量应不小于 0.2ml/min。
2.3.6雾化杯产生的雾粒直径分布φ1μm-φ5μm 的雾粒所占比例大于 60%。
2.3.7 残液量应不超过 1.0ml。
2.3.8 耐受压力导管产生的最大压力在 150kPa~400kPa,雾化器应不发生管体破裂现象。
2.4 无菌产品经环氧乙烷灭菌,应无菌。
2.5环氧乙烷残留量雾化器经环氧乙烷灭菌,其环氧乙烷残留量≤10ug/g。
2.6化学性能2.6.1 酸碱度溶出液与同批空白液作对照,pH 值之差应不超过 1.5。
2.6.2 重金属检验液呈现的颜色应不超过ρ(Pb2+)=1 μg/mL 的标准对照液。
2.6.3还原物质溶出液与同批空白液作对照,0.002mol/L 高锰酸钾溶液消耗量不得超过2.0ml。
2.6.4不挥发物50ml 检验液蒸发残渣的总量应不超过 2.0mg。

本产品属于医疗器械,主要用于治疗各种下下呼吸系统疾病,如感冒、发热、咳嗽。
哮喘、咽喉肿痛、咽炎、鼻炎、支气管炎、尘等。
本产品采用高效无油活塞式气泵和长寿命马达,产生一定压力和流量的压缩空气,利用文邱里喷射原理,使液体药物变成雾状微粒,雾状药物能直接到达呼吸道的病理部位,迅速缓急症状。

本产品使用AC电源供电。
使用时按如下步骤操作:1、取出机器、雾化杯、咬嘴等部件;2、将咬嘴与雾化杯相连接;3、将空气导管同雾化杯同雾化杯与主机相连接;4、打开雾化杯上盖;5、加入治疗药物;6、重新盖上雾化杯上盖;7、检查雾化器电源开关是否处于关断位置;插上电源插头;8、插入AC电源插座,插入前请检查AC电源是否与适配器相符。

粉尘可以通过水粘结而聚结增大,但那些最细小的粉尘只有当水滴很小(如干雾)或加入化学剂(如表面活性剂)减小水表面张力时才会聚结成团,如图1所示。
