但是How much is /are...? 中的be动词由决定。

sun→sunny fog→foggy三、现在进行时的用法1)、现在进行时态的构成:主语+be(am, is, are)+V-ing+…2)、意义:表示说话时刻或当前一段时间内正在进行或发生的动作。
3)否定式:主语+be(am, is, are)+not +V-ing+…1. 现在进行时的用法(1)现在进行时表示现在(说话时)正在进行或发生的动作。
