Lesson 20: I’ll Buy It!
◆课程导航
【教学目标】1. 通过对这首歌的学习,掌握有关购物的交际用语
2. 用所学的商业用语,编造一个对话
3. 回顾以前学的英文歌曲
【教学重点】1. New words and phrases of the section.
2. Know more about the English songs and foreign culture.
3. Talking about shopping.
【教学难点】1. Be more familiar to the words and expressions used in shopping.
2. Ask the students to know about the use of the word “enough”.
3. Learn to sing the popular song.
◆教学情景导入
Hi, everyone! Do you often help your mother do some shopping? I think so. And what will buy for
yourself? (S: ……) Ok, listen to the song, “I’ll Buy It!”.
◆教学过程设计
Step 1. Ask the students if they have previewed the song as required. Ask if they have any questions.
Encourage other students to try to answer the questions.
Step 2. Liste to the tape. Let’s sing after it. Play the tape for several times in order to let the students grasp the
rhythm of the song.
Step 3. Divide the class into two groups. Assign one group to the purple sections and the other group to the
green sections. Have the groups read the song aloud as a poem, each group reading one line at a time.
Step 4. Keep the class in two groups, one for the purple words and one for the green words. Practise singing the
song until everybody sings it well.
Step 5. Make up a new song or dialogue with some words and expressions in the song. And then
ask someone to show it. Ask the students the questions “Can the students sum the main idea?”
Step 6. Come to “Let’s Do It.”.
Step 7. Homework. . Ask some volunteers to come to the front and sing.

一些学生认为英语歌曲很难学。事实上,很容易。如果学生们用心,别害怕出错。我认为是可以唱好。
老师必须做一个好的榜样。在前面给学生们试唱,学生在他或她后面唱。通过这种方法,学生们过了一会儿,开始干在班级前面唱了。从这一课,我深深的体会到“老师们的身教是很重要的”。
