产品环保要求符合性声明致：迅锐通信有限公司兹我司提供给贵司的产品、部件及材料符合以下对应的产品环保要求：物料名称/类别 RoHS REACH 3个P卤素 DMFu其他备注：符合项写（是），不符合项写（否）, 其他项请注明。

注释：⑴ RoHS 是指：欧盟第2011/65/EU号ROHS指令。

⑵ REACH是指：欧盟有关化学品的注册、评估、授权和限制的法规(EC) No. 1907/2006中的最新要求，具体管控项的个数根据法规的更新要求而要求。

⑶ 3个P 是指：壬基苯酚NP（Nonylphenol）＜0.1%，即＜1000mg/kg；多环芳烃PAHs（subtances according to EPA）单种物质苯并（α）芘项＜0.0001%，即＜1mg/kg，总18项＜0.001%，即＜10mg/kg；邻苯二甲酸盐Phthalates（共16项，其中主要管控如下7项：DEHP、DINP、DIDP、DBP、BBP、DNOP、DnHP＜0.1%，即＜1000mg/kg。

⑷ 卤素是指：氟（Fluorine）、氯（Chlorine）、溴（Bromine）、碘（Iodine）、砹（Astatine）其中管控项要求为：溴Br＜900ppM，氯Cl＜900ppM，Br＋Cl＜1500ppM；⑸DMFu:富马酸二甲酯, 2009/251/EC 其值＜0.1mg/kg (0.1ppm)⑹ 其他可以是安规，行业等方面的声明项（根据需要另文签定声明书）。

1. 本公司提供物料的第三方有害物质测试报告真实有效，并且符合均质物质（均质物质：即用机械方式不能再拆分的材料）要求。

2. 本公司提供的第三方（第三方指ITS、SGS CTI、BV等具备检测资格的机构）有害物质测试报告有效期均为一年，并会在第三方有害物质测试报告过期前主动向公司提供新的测试报告。

3. 如本公司在第三方有害物质测试报告过期日仍未能提供符合本声明第1项规定指令和法规要求的有害物质测试报告时，本公司愿意接受XXX公司从本公司送货的物料中抽取样品送第三方测试机构进行有害物质测试，测试费用由本公司承担。

4. 若本公司供货不符合以上所述各项要求，在禁用和限用有害物质方面超标导致xxx 公司产品未能达到相关环保指令和法规要求而造成的一切损失，本公司愿意全部承担。
