《压力容器设计》是讲授压力容器薄壳结构应力分析与强度计算的课程,旨在让学生掌握失效形式、设计准则和规范设计方法,学会立足于材料的物理化学行为、过程与制造工艺、质量保证与安全等方面对压力容器进行强度、刚度、稳定性计算和结构设计,理解相关标准对压力容器不同部位结构设计的基本要求,具有综合运用所学知识解决复杂结构压力容器工程设计的能力。
二、课程目标1. 本课程支撑的毕业要求本课程主要支撑的毕业要求为:1.4利用过程装备、流体机械、控制工程等专业知识,掌握解决工程问题的基本思路和方法,具备综合应用所学知识解决复杂工程问题的能力。
2.3具备综合应用数学、自然科学和工程科学基本原理分析复杂工程问题,并获取有效结论的能力。
3.1理解过程装备设计、制造、检验与监管领域国际和国内相关的技术规范、标准以及管理条例,具备依照标准与规范设计元件、系统或流程以满足需求的能力。
5.1利用CAD、CFD、CAE等现代工程工具和信息技术分析、模拟及设计元件、系统及流程,对过程装备与控制系统进行模拟和预测,并能够理解其局限性。
2. 本课程拟达到的特定教学目标(1)要求学生能够通过课程学习,具备综合应用所学的筒体、封头、法兰、开孔补强等计算方法,解决压力容器复杂结构的工程计算和设计问题;(2)要求学生能够辨识压力容器结构力学行为的核心特征,掌握薄膜应力基本理论和工程计算方法;(3)要求学生了解当前国内外压力容器发展状况、未来趋势和关键科学问题,具有国际化视野的竞争和合作能力;(4)要求学生熟悉国内外压力容器主流设计规范和关键标准,能够在法规和标准的框架下开展压力容器设计工作;(5)要求学生能够通过CAD、CAE及“资源共享课”、“慕课”等网络教学内容,进行计算机与信息技术学习,提升终身学习能力的培养。
压力容器设计中的约束条件可以包括以下方面:
1. 强度约束:压力容器必须能够承受内部和外部的压力,因此需要有一定的强度要求。
强度约束通常包括材料强度、厚度和结构设计等方面的限制。
2. 刚度约束:压力容器需要具有一定的刚度,以避免在压力作用下发生变形或振动。

Some of the common pressure vessels used in the Site are: separators used to separate liquid and vapor, heat exchangers used to transfer heat from a hotter fluid to a cooler fluid, reactors in which chemical or catalytic reactions take place during conversion-type processes, distillation towers, filters, crystallizers, and so on. Regardless of the nature of the application of the vessel, a number of factors usually must be considered in the design and operation of the vessel for the required service. This module will focus on the two major categories of pressure vessels:压力容器可简单定义为可以耐受内部压力或外部压力的容器。

《压力容器压力管道设计单位资格许可与管理规则》《压力容器安全技术监察规程》《压力容器设计质量手册》3岗位条件本标准所提及的设计人员包括:设计单位技术总负责人、设计技术负责人、审核人员、校核人员及设计人员。
3.1设计人员必须具备的条件a)认真贯彻执行国家颁布的有关压力容器的法规、政策和标准;b)遵守公司有关压力容器标准、质量方针和各项管理制度;c)刻苦钻研业务技术,掌握专业知识,充分发挥设计技能,不断提高设计质量;d)深入调查研究,掌握第一手数据,实事求是地制定出切实可行的设计方案;e)严格执行设计人员技术岗位责任制。
3.2设计单位技术总负责人由公司主管压力容器设计工作的技术副总经理担任。
3.3设计技术负责人a)从事本专业工作,且具有较全面的压力容器专业知识;×××××××××b)熟知压力容器设计工作和国内外有关压力容器技术的发展情况,具有综合分析和判断能力,在关键的设计问题上能做出正确决断;c)具有三年以上的设计审核经历;d)具有高级技术职称;e)具有《压力容器设计审核员资格证书》。
第四章压力容器设计 Design of Pressure Vessels4.1概述 Introduction在绪论中,介绍了过程设备设计的基本步骤。
就是根据给定设计条件和规范标准的规定,确保安全,经济,正确选择材料,进行结构,强度或刚度设计,密封设计。
设计时应综合考虑各个环节:材料,结构,强度,(刚度),制造,使用,安装,运输,检验等。
每个环节都应重视。
4.1.1设计要求 Specification压力容器设计的基本要示:安全性,经济性。
在保证安全前提下尽可能经济(材料,制造,安装,维修等等)4.1.2设计文件 Design Files设计文件包括:设计条件,设计图样,强度计算书及安装,使用说明书(按分析设计提供应力分析报告)。
强度计算书和设计图样具体内容见P114。
4.1.3设计条件 Design Condition通常用图表表示:简图,设计要求,接管表等,通称为设计条件图。
不同类型的,除公共基本设计要求外,还应注明各自的特殊要求,换热器,换热管规格,管长,根数、排列,换热面积和程数等。
4.2设计准则 Design Criterions4.2.1压力容器失效 Pressure Vessel Failure压力容器失效:压力容器在规定的使用环境和时间内,因尺寸,形状,或材料性能发生改变而不能达到设计要求的现象。
最终形式:泄漏,过度变形,断裂(1)压力容器失效形式大致分为以下四大类:a.强度失效因材料的屈服或断裂引起的失效。
①韧性断裂容器发生了有充分塑性大变形的破裂,破裂前其应力达到或接近所用材料的强度极限。
主要原因:厚度过薄(未经计算,腐蚀)、内压过高,操作失误,反应失控。
避免:严格按规范进行设计,选材,运输,安装,使用和检修。
②脆性断裂:这是一种没有经过充分塑性大变形的容器破裂原因:材料的脆性,严重的超标缺陷或两种原因兼而有之。
断裂时可能裂成碎片飞片,也可能沿纵向裂开一条缝,见彩色封面根源:材料选用不当,焊接与热处理不当使材料脆化外,低温长期在高温下运行,应变时效也会使材料脆化。
特种设备安全技术规范TSGR1001—2008压力容器压力管道设计许可规则中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁布2008年1月8日2004年3月,国家质量监督检验检疫总局(以下简称国家质检总局)特种设备安全监察局(以下简称特种设备局)向中国特种设备检测研究院(以下简称中国特检院)下达起草任务书。
2004年4月、6月,中国特检院成立起草组,分别在无锡、北京召开《压力管道设计许可规则》和《压力容器设计许可规则》首次会议。
2004年7月、10月,起草组在北京召开第二次工作会议,就起草工作中的主要问题进行了研讨。
2004年8月、2005年1月,起草组在北京召开末次工作会议,经讨论修改,形成了《压力管道设计许可规则》和《压力容器设计许可规则》草案,同时邀请部分设计院专家对草案进行了讨论。
2004年11月、2005年2月,中国特检院向特种设备局上报了《压力管道设计资格许可规则》和《压力容器设计许可规则》的征求意见稿。
2005年2月、1 2月,特种设备局分别以质检特函[2005]5号文、[2005]65号文征求基层部门、有关单位和专家以及公民的意见。
2005年4月、2006年7月,根据征求到的意见进行修改形成送审稿,分别向质检总局特种设备安全技术委员会专家征求意见。
2005年9月、2006年11月,分别将《压力管道设计许可规则》和《压力容器设计许可规则》报批稿上报特种设备局,特种设备局经研究决定将两规则进行合并。
2007年4月,经《压力管道设计许可规则》和《压力容器设计许可规则》主要起草人员的讨论与修改,最终形成了《压力容器压力管道设计许可规则》报批稿。
2008年1月8日,由国家质检总局批准颁布。
本规则修订的主要依据是《特种设备安全监察条例》(以下简称《条例》)、《国务院对确需保留的行政审批项目设定行政许可的决定》,在充分考虑我国压力容器、压力管道设计单位现状及其特点的前提下,以确保压力容器、压力管道设计质量为目的,在原《压力容器压力管道设计单位资格许可与管理规则》基础上进行的修订。
