3加强研究生自我创新教育。
多形式提高自我创新能力培养学生的科研能力是研究生教育区别于其他教育层次的最主要标志,科研能力是研究生培养质量的最重要体现,贯穿于研究生培养的各个环节,基于质量的研究生培养过程,应该是一个以科研创新为核心,多种培养环节并行开展的培养过程,是一个整合研究生课程、论文、科研服务、学术交流和其他培养环节的有效联结。
【4j研究生不同于本科生及博士生,由于已经完成了5年的本科教育,因此不能满足于书本上的基本知识,应该利用各种渠道获取最新的研究动态,扩充自己的知识面。
3.1加强外语及计算机等知识的学习英语作为全世界通用的语言,起着非常重要的作用。
研究生需要不断加强英语阅读及书写能力,既能熟练阅读英文专业期刊,快速获取最新的知识,也能把自己的成果与他人分享。
计算机网络缩短了人们之间的距离。
同时也能帮助研究生获取最新的研究进展。
我校要求研究生具有良好的英语和计算机应用能力,要求在业余时间自学公共英语和专业英语,并开展各种形式的英语交流活动如:英语演讲比赛和英语沙龙等。
此外,学校计算机中心还主动开展计算机应用的选修课,让研究生掌握常用计算机应用软件。
3.2加强人文素质培养对于医学研究生来说,良好的人文索质是形成良好业务素质、道德素质和身心素质的基础E5J。
医学模式的转变要求医学高层次人才不仅能够从生物的角度,而且善于从心理、社会、环境等多角度研究探索疾病发生、发展规律,要求兼具人文社会科学与自然科学的知识与素养。
而多学科交叉知识本身就有利于创新能力的培养。
首都医科大学每年都会组织一些国内外的知名专家教授到学校讲学,讲学的内容也包括这一部分。
3.3完成学校要求的培养计划,研究生要善于发现和总结临床实际问题并进行创新就妇产科专业学位研究生培养为例,按照《首都医科大学妇产科学硕士专业学位培养计划》及《首都医科大学妇产科学博士专业学位培养计划》的要求,专业学位博士研究生和硕士研究生均需要在临床轮转一定时间。
