教具准备
1、教师准备eye, hair,ear, nose, mouth的单词卡片和图片。
2、用Powerpoint 制作的头部及五官课件。
3、教材配套的录音带。
教学过程
1 热身、复习 (Warm-up/Revision)
师生共同复习所学歌曲《Hello》
2 呈现新课 (Presentation)
(1)出示课件,利用动画片中的“图图”头像,点击鼠标后,眼、耳、鼻、口、脸和相应的英语单词逐一显示。
由此引出本课单词的教学eye, hair, ear, nose, mouth,让学生先初步了解单词。
(2)教师指着自己说:Good morning. I’m Miss Zhou… Look at me . 指着自己的头说:This is my hair. My hair is short.用同样的方法依次介绍:eye, ear, nose, mouth ,学生再进一步学习单词。
(注意:教师在介绍的同时指着自己身体各相应的部位。
)(3)教师再次借助动作和表情,比如,点点头、眨眨眼、摸摸鼻等,学习单词的听说。
(注意: eye, mouth 两个单词的元音因素容易发音不到位,教师可鼓励学生张大口型,相互检查。

(4)认读eye, hair, ear, nose, mouth 的单词卡片和图片。
(5)游戏:扩展性活动(见课件):What’s missing ? 加深头部部位的单词巩固。
找出图片中没了什么?巩固eye, hair, ear, nose, mouth等单词。
(6)让学生听录音,跟读 look and say. 部分的单词并要求学生指着自己头部和相应的部位,力求做到“眼到、口到、心到、手到”。
(7)学习look and say,做动作。
My hair is short.
My nose is small.
My mouth is big.
My eyes are big too.
教师发出指令,学生执行指令。
规则是:如果学生动作错误,则被罚下,如:
T: touch your hair. My hair is... 学生摸摸头发。
如教师说:touch your eye. My eyes are... 学生则摸摸眼睛。
(8)学生听录音,边说边做look and say 部分中的活动。
(9)教师摸头部的不同部位,要求学生说单词。
3、布置作业(Homework)
(1)、读P22单词,和课文,读五遍。
(2)、跟同学口头练习My...is/are...的内容。
