教学过程
(一) 热身（Warm up）
Let’s sing
教师放歌曲的录音，学生看图欣赏。
学生跟录音哼唱歌曲。
请学生欣赏Let’s chant部分歌谣，教师要根据歌词适时举起相应的图片。
（二）新课呈现（Presentation）
教师手举一个西红柿，说：I like tomatoes. Do you like tomatoes
引导学生用I like …或I don’t like…根据自己的实际情况表达。
教师再拿起一些豆角，边说边完全呈现：Oh，They’re so long! They’re
green beans. Do you like green beans 让学生在回答中学习单词。
出示土豆：Do you know itFrench fries are made of it. It’s a potato. Do you like potatoes
学生根据用I like …或I don’t like…根据自己的实际进行情况表达。学习单词carrot。
教师将四种蔬菜分别放在教室的不同位置，然后说单词，请学生指出相应的实物。
小组活动：一个同学说单词，其他同学举起相应的单词卡片。
7、绘画游戏：教师说：two potatoes；three carrots；two long green beans four tomatoes。
学生比赛看谁画得又快又正确。
（三）学习对话：(A Let’s learn)
学生看课件。
教师提问：
What do you think of the green beansAre they freshAre they long
引导学生重复：They are fresh and long.
师拿起实物(tomato, carrot)：The tomato is fresh. The potatoes are big.引导学生用fresh一词形容图（P39）中的内容：The …are fresh.
Look at the potatoes，are they big
引导学生重复：Yes，and the potatoes are big.
学生跟录音模仿对话。
教师启发学生用所学形容词和颜色词描述图中的蔬菜。（四）Let’s chant：
教师请学生看着书听歌谣。
让学生观察歌谣中like后的蔬菜单词和Let’s learn中的单词有什么不同。
启发学生说出like后的名词是以复数形式出现的。
分别请五个学生将黑板上的单词卡片原地变为复数形式，再请另外五名学生领读改变后单词。
教师适当强调tomato和potato的复数形式拼写的变化，carrot的复数形式读音的变化。
请学生跟录音说唱儿歌，教师强调单词juicy，tasty，yummy，tender，smelly的读音和意思。
（五）趣味操练：
每名同学举起（自己喜欢吃的）蔬菜卡片一张。
另请五名同学收拿小篮子，分别说出蔬菜的英文名称，其他同学根据听到的词将手中的图片分别放进相应的小篮子里。如：其中一位同学说potato，手拿土豆图片的学生将图片放进该学生的小篮子中。
教师统计全班学生最喜欢吃什么蔬菜。

教学过程
热身：
学生说唱本单元歌曲和歌谣。
复习：
教师说谜语，引导学生用Are they…来猜猜是什么蔬菜。
They are red. They look like apples, but they aren’t apples. What are they
They are tender and green. What are they
They are long and orange. Rabbits like eating them. What are they They are round, pink and white. What are they
They are brown. French fries are made of them. What are they
学生猜对了，教师回答Yes，they are.并拿出相应的单词卡片请学生拼读；如果猜错了，教师回答No, they aren’t. 再请其他人猜, 直到猜对为止。
教师和学生聊一聊每个人喜爱的蔬菜或动物。

(三) 新课呈现：
教师将蔬菜卡片盖好放在桌子上，然后走到同学们中间，随意指着几张卡片问：Are these…，并引导学生根据实际用Yes, they are. / No, they aren’t.回答。如果学生回答的是No, they aren’t. 教师要继续
