本装置为4U一层机箱，结构为模件组合式，背板出线采用接插连接方式，装置具有体积小，安全性高，使用灵活方便等特点。
装置采用了进口全密封、高阻抗、小功耗继电器，大大降低装置的功耗和发热并改善了装置的防潮等性能，从而提高了装置的安全性。
本装置由于能提供较多的备用继电器，因此在使用时更加灵活。
