三、教具准备1.教师及学生的家庭照片。
2.教材相配套的教学课件。
3.教材相配套的教学录音带。
四、教学过程(一)热身/复习(Warm-up/Revision)学生3人一组做对话表演。
(二)呈现新课(Presentation)1.教师将一位新朋友介绍给大家。
教师扮演这个新朋友,问一个女生:What's your name? 引导这个女生回答:My name's (Emma). 教师对其他学生说:She's (Emma). 并示意学生跟着重复这句话。
2.教师指着离自己稍远的女生问:I s she….?引导学生回答:Yes.3.用同样的步骤问一个男生,用he代替she。
4.教师指着离自己稍远的男生问:I s he….?让学生回答:No.5.让学生指着班里的同学做问答:I s she/he your….?以及它的两种回答:Yes和No.6.教师拿出学生们所熟悉的教师的照片,用实物投影仪展示出来。

一、学情分析:
家庭成员和职业比较接近生活,所以对于学生来说比较熟悉和感兴趣。
另外,小学生的特点是活泼、好动,求知欲望强烈。
针对以上情况,在教学过程中,一定要抓住这一特点,充分调动他们的积极性,通过听、读、说等各种方式,引导学生学习好英语课程。
二、教材分析:
五年级教材内容对于本校的学生来说,并不是那么容易。
本节课是本单元的最后一个课时,主要是通过听、说、读、写等环节,培养小学生对语言的运用能力。
主要内容是如何询问家庭成员及其他人的职业以及回答,通过学习,能够让学生了解社会上的各种职业,自己家人的职业,学会关心家人。
因为在前几节课已经学习了家庭成员的表达,给这节课奠定了一定的基础,给学生的学习降低了一定的难度。
三、教学目标:
1、会认读下列词汇farmer, worker, driver, doctor, nurse, cook, taxi driver .
2能听懂,会说下列句子What do you do? I’m….
What does…do? He/She is a/an….
四、教学重点:
本部分主要是询问职业的会话学习,使学生在不同的情景中听懂、会说
What do you do? I’m….
What does…do? He/She is a/an….
五、教学难点:
学生对I,you, he ,she 很模糊,同时对名词所有格不清楚,教师要适时纠正,切不可挫伤孩子的学习积极性。

七、教学过程:
1.热身(Warm-up)
给学生看一下关于职业的录像,录像说唱有三遍,第二遍和第三遍学生基本上就可以跟着吟唱了。
目的是希望消除学生的紧张,熟悉了解本节课的内容,引起学生的兴趣。
2.复习家庭成员的表达(Revision)
给出一些图片,让学生以竞赛的方式说出单词,达到复习的目的。
3.呈现新课(Presentation)
(1)通过图片教单词:farmer, worker, driver, doctor, nurse, cook
(2)询问学生What do you do ? 引出回答I’m a/an….
(3)指着班上一位同学问What does he/she do? 引出回答He/She is a/an….同时让学生清楚he和she 的区别。
(教师在示范时,应定要用手势语言辅助学生理解。
对于学生来讲,体态语言和手势语可帮助他们理解和记忆,因此教师要适时利用手势和动作甚至表情来配合教学。

(4)拿出一些同学家长的照片和明星的照片问
Who is he/she? What does…’s …do? 引入名词所有格。
3.趣味操练(Practice)
(1) 击鼓传花游戏
把单词卡片给学生,然后击鼓穿卡片,鼓声停,拿到卡片的学生必须根据卡片内容说出单词,这样能够提高学生兴趣,活跃课堂气氛。
(2)让学生自己说说所学用语的使用环境,并让学生自己拟定一个使用所学用语的场所。
结合图片,进一步巩固情景。
为学生出示情景图,让他们自己对话。
4.课堂检测(Assessment)
给出汉语意思,让学生写出英语单词。
并且让学生自己设计一个情景,然后编一个对话。

本课
本课时学生的兴趣相当高。
通过歌曲,竞赛和趣味练习等多种教学方式激发学生的学习兴趣与学习愿望。
本课时主要语言点是职业的询问以及回答。
可以利用真实情景运用所学的语言点来操练对话,让学生进一步运用所学,巩固知识,实现真正的语言交流,从而使学生体验用英语交流的成就感和快乐。
