《中国医院管理》第39卷第9期(总第458期)2019年9月医院评价Yiyuan pingjia 5所三级医院患者出院流程及护理满意度调查与分析*李禹慧①梁立波②霍洪波①张桥③摘要目的通过调查黑龙江省5所三级医院共975名住院患者的住院满意度,了解患者对出院流程及护理工作的满意度及其影响因素,以提高患者就医体验。
方法采用问卷调查的方法收集数据,数据分析方法为统计描述和多元线性回归分析。
结果住院患者对出院流程和对护理工作的总体满意度得分分别为(4.54±0.54)分和(4.71±0.45)分;患者是否首次住院是出院流程和对护理工作总体满意度的共同影响因素,其回归系数分别为-0.1564和-0.0656。
结论三级医院需进一步优化出院流程,加强对患者的护理健康宣教,同时做好双向转诊工作,以提高患者满意度。
