英语是初中课程主要的一门功课之一，与其它课程相比，其内容相对复杂，所以在进行初中英语授课时，教师要有效的利用教学资源，将微课和日常授课相结合，以保证英语课堂的高效性。

1.合理利用微课资源，增加教学内容与之前的英语教学相比，现在的英语教学更加注重学生们英语的口语化以及语感的培养，希望以此达到英语素质的整体提高，使学生不仅能够掌握书本和试卷的知识，更能学会通过英语去进行简单的交谈。

所以，在课堂的授课过程中，教师不能单单的依照课本进行讲课，而是要利用好手中的教学资源，将微课与课堂相结合，从而使课堂的教学更加丰富。

教师可以选择微课中与本节课程相关的知识点，通过教室中的多媒体设备进行播放，并且在播放的过程中添加讲解，学生就可以通过视频和授课相结合的方式，了解语法用途以及各类句式结构，从而打好英语基础。
