ASTM"American Society for Testing and Materials"系美国材料与试验协会的英文缩写。

ASTM标准制定一直采用自愿达成一致意见的制度。
标准制度由技术委员会负责,由标准工作组起草。

or may be suitably alloyed to achieve the desired corrosion resistance and mechanical prop-erties.8.2Weld repairs shall be subject to the same quality standards as are used to inspect the 双相(奥氏体/铁素体)钢铸件
1.范围
本标准适合于一组双相不锈钢铸件(奥氏体和铁素体)。
当化学成分和热处理工艺选择配合适当时,双相不锈钢合金表现出加强的机械性能和耐腐蚀综合性能。
铁素体的等级不作规定,一般这些合金的铁素体含量约为30~60%,余为奥氏体。
以英寸-磅或米制(SI)分别表示的数值为标准值。
本文内,米制(SI)的数值表示在括号内。
这两
种单位制表示的数值不是完全等同的,因此,要分开采用。
混用两种单位制的数值可导致与本标准的结
果不相符合。

3.订货内容
按照本标准订货的材料,为充分说明所需材料,应根据需要提出下列各项要求:
用模型号码或图纸表示铸件,(尺寸偏差应包括在铸件图纸上)

4.冶炼方法
钢应用电炉冶炼,可采用精炼例如氩-氧脱碳法(AOD),也可不采用的精炼。
5.热处理
铸件应按表1中的要求进行热处理。
注释1:为增加耐腐蚀性,有时为满足对机械性能的要求,对这些合金钢进行适当的热处理通常是必需
的。
应规定最低热处理的温度;然而,有时要在提高的温度进行热处理,保持一定的时间,然后快速冷
却铸件,以提高耐腐蚀性和满足机械性能的要求。
6.化学成分
钢的化学成分应符合表2中的要求。

7.一般要求
按照本标准提供的材料应符合A781/A781M标准的适用要求。
包括需方订货单上规定的附加要求。
如果本标准中的要求与A781/A781M中的要求不一致或相冲突,则选用本标准。
8.焊补
焊接用焊条金属的化学成分应与铸件近似或合适的合金焊条,以取得所要求的耐腐蚀性和机械性能。
焊补质量检验应符合用来检查铸件的同一质量标准。
为取得足够的耐腐蚀性和抗冲击性、而必需进行的焊后热处理,需方订货单应包括S33焊后热处理
的补充要求。
9.产品标识
铸件上应标注标准代号和等级的材料识别标志。
此外,铸件还应铸上或用低压力字模打印出厂名或识别标志和模型号码。
小型铸件的标志应限制在可利用的部位上。
单独铸件上的标志熔炼号应由供需双
方商定。
标志的位置不应有损于铸件的使用。

应用点计数法(见试验方法E562),其它金相计数法例如,图象分析法(E1245),磁反应测试法,或其它经供需双方认同的方法来确定铁素体的含量。
测试频率和测试位置应经供需双方认可。
S32.拉伸性能要求
每一炉钢水应进行一次拉伸性能试验,并符合表中的规定要求。
用代表该铸件的同一炉钢
水。
将试棒浇铸在特殊试块上。

取试样用的试棒应与它代表的铸件,按相同的工艺规程在生产炉内进行热处理。
根据制造厂的意见,试样可以不从试棒上切取,而从热处理铸件上切取。

根据标准A781/A781M的图1和2来要求,试棒可以整体浇铸,也可单独浇铸成块。
试样应按
A370方法和定义中图4规定的形状和尺寸,除非需方的订货单要求熔模铸件。
如若订购的是熔模铸件,
试样应根据A732/A732M标准中的要求准备,并按A370方法和定义进行试验。
如任一试样加工不良或显示出裂痕,应将该试样舍弃并用同一炉钢水中制取的另一个试样来代替。
当确定符合拉伸试验的要求,按E29推荐方法中的修约方法,屈服和抗拉强度的观察或计算值应精确到500psi[5MPa],延伸率和断面收缩率的观察或计算值应精确到1%。

S33.焊后热处理
铸件在重大的焊补修复后要进行热处理,但在一些较小的焊补后不需要热处理,除供需双方就此已达成一致。
在铸件进行水压试验时发生渗漏,或是为焊补准备的凹穴深度超过实际壁厚20%或1in[25mm]的二者之较小者,或者凹穴面积超过约10in2.[65cm2]左右。
则认为是大型焊补。
其它的焊补则认为是
小型焊补。
焊后热处理应符合表1的要求。
S34.焊接材料的预先批准
用于任何焊补的所有焊接填充材料应取得需方预先批准。
S35.试验材料的热处理.
