绥化学院本科大学英语课程教学质量评估自评报告绥化学院二〇一二年九月前言绥化学院是2004年升本的一所综合性院校。

升本以来，学校坚持“建设应用型大学，培养应用型人才”的办学方向，专业建设与办学规模有了较快发展，现有30个本科专业。

学校高度重视大学英语课程建设与管理工作。

根据2007年教育部发布的《大学英语课程要求》，我校加强了课程内容、教学方法、师资队伍等方面的建设工作，深化教学改革，取得了一定成效。

现将大学英语课程教学基本情况汇报如下：1、课程定位1.1 学校高度重视学校高度重视大学英语课程建设工作，党政领导经常对大学外语部进行听课、调研、访谈和检查，并给予一定的政策倾斜。

为加强大学英语教学管理，将大学外语部划归基础学院管理，承担全校公共英语课程，配备专门教学管理人员。

1.1.1 管理机构完善绥化学院大学英语课程管理工作由主管教学副校长领导，教务处统筹管理，教学质量监测中心、校院两级督导组进行教学质量常态监控。

日常教学由大学外语教研部进行具体安排管理，配备了5名专职管理人员。

大学外语部组织管理机构健全，政策、保障措施有力，满足了大学英语教学需求。

两个教研室按照分级教学原则开展教学活动。

2011年，为促进大学英语课程改革，提高英语教学水平，学校成立大学英语教学改革领导小组。

领导小组由主管教学副校长任组长，成员单位包括教务处、教学质量监测中心、大学英语教研部、资产处、财务处等部门。

1.1.2 支持政策有力和保障制度健全学校加大师资建设力度，在师资引进和培养、培训等方面给予政策倾斜。

加大大学英语教学仪器设备投入，2007年建成了大学英语自主学习中心，2012年购置了新网络自主学习平台，积极探索学生自主学习的有效途径和教学模式。

2011年，以分级教学、小班教学、免修管理等为改革的核心内容，出台了《绥化学院大学英语教学方案》。

完善了大学英语评估监控制度，开展了大学英语专项评估，促进了整体教学水平的提高。

1.2 课程性质、目标要求和教学体系1.2.1 大学英语课程教学目标明确大学英语是高等学校人才培养体系的一个有机组成部分，是非英语专业的本科生必修的基础课。
