我要说的是，既然一颗苗子长出来了，就迎风而长，能长多高就多高，不要太急于结穗，麦子只有半尺高结穗，那穗就成了蝇头。

培养和聚积能量是最重要的，万不可张狂轻佻，投机迎合，警惕概念化、形式化，更不能早早定格，形成硬壳。
