初学者的作业——奥齿泰后牙种植
我个人觉得第一例的基台是不是可以选择再高出一个毫米，也就是齐龈的基台。
粘接的时候其实不是你有排异道就要顺着排异道外溢而是说下面也会流出，下面流出就流出到牙龈周围了，这时是不好取干净的。
我还是建议你选择scrp冠可能会更好处理一些。
另外我看到你取模型的时候用的是闭口转移杆，虽然你在修复最后都就位了，但是我觉得你这个病例应该更适合开口转移杆，理由就是你的穿龈高度已经有五毫米了，这时候如果选择闭口转移杆的话，最后插入硅橡胶内转移杆就会变短从而会产生晃动从而影响最后的精准度。
而开口转移杆不会产生类似问题。
在一个如果您要是取闭口转移杆的话建议还是要用二次取膜法。
在一个这个病例您用的是5.5的愈合基台，用的是间断缝合，我没有看到愈合基台两边有刀口，或者中间有刀口，如果不做这种刀口，很容易裂开，理由我觉得就是你放上愈合基台后两边就会有口，感觉无法贴合。
这时候一般我的习惯做法在愈合基台两边都做一个垂直切口。
这样两边很容易就缝合住了。
