方法 选取徐州医科大学附属徐州市口腔医院2018年1月至2019年5月收治的46例上颌后牙缺失需行种植修复的患者，因上颌窦骨量不足用CAS-KIT 工具盒行内提升手术，将患者随机分为两组，每组23例。
试验组内提升后放CGF 膜，对照组内提升后不放CGF 膜，同期植入种植体。
观察并比较两组升高幅度、并发症发生情况、种植体成功率。
结果 试验组平均升高幅度为（4.42±1.09）mm，高于对照组的（2.24±0.93）mm，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。
两组并发症发生情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。
试验组植入种植体成功率为100.00%，与对照组的100.00%比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。
结论 CGF 联合CAS-KIT 工具盒能够更有效，更安全的提高上颌窦黏膜，预防并发症发生。

CAS-KIT 工具提升法是特殊钻头结合水压的上颌窦提升法，因可以有效防止上颌窦黏膜破裂和避免患者术中敲击不适感，越来越多的应用于临床[1]。
在上提上颌窦黏膜时，黏膜穿孔，上颌窦感染是其首要并发症，尤其不易被发现的黏膜穿孔常常导致上颌窦感染，种植体失败。
上颌窦底水囊冲压内提升同期种植修复单牙缺失36例临床观察宁晔;康林;陆钰;胡芳芳;吴海珍【摘要】Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of the dental implantation using water sac stamping technique in maxillary sinus floor lifting in the repair of single-tooth loss. Methods:Thirty-six teeth were implanted in 36 patients with single-tooth loss complicated with 3. 0 to 7.0 mm of height of alveolar crest in edentulous area using the flapless dental implantation combined with water sac stamping technique. All patients were regularly followed up after the surgery. The stability of the implant and condition of peri-implant tissues were observed.Results:During the 1-year period of following up,all implants were stable,no inflammation of the sinus were found. The soft tissue around the implants were healthy,the combination of dental implant and bone is good,and the height of maxillary sinus lifting bone is stabile. Conclusions:The short-term clinical effects of the dental implantation using water sac stamping technique in maxillary sinus floor lifting is ideal.%目的：：评价水囊冲压技术在上颌窦内提升同期种植修复单牙缺失的临床应用疗效。
