八年级英语上册Unit5教学设计教材分析本单元教学以发出邀请、接受邀请、拒绝邀请为话题,主要应掌握句型:Can you…?Sure ,I’d love to./I’m sorry,Ican’t.I have to…学习情态动词can, can’t的用法。
我所任教的学校学生英语起点低,大部分学生在小学阶段就没有学习过英语,基础非常薄弱,小学升学考试中英语成绩就是十几分、甚至几分的成绩进入中学。
他们在学习的过程中出现听课吃力,单词记不住,不会运用学过的知识,对英语产生畏惧心理,课堂常常不能积极发言。
教学目标:1.知识目标:掌握本课的大纲词汇和情态动词can及can’t的用法。
2.能力目标:1)能听懂与聚会有关的项目话题的简单会话。
2)能用can或can‘t表述能不能参加聚会的项目会话。
3.文化意识:了解国内外常见的聚会形式,以及聚会时应注意的礼貌问题。
4.学习策略:培养学生在大信息量(关于聚会表达)的语言活动中搜索处理语言信息,发现,归纳学习重点,从而掌握本单元重点学习内容。
教学重难点:1.词汇lesson another concert can can’t have to come to go to the movies I’d love to2.句型He can / can’t3.用情态动词can和can’t表示能不能参加聚会的句子教学手段:多媒体。
教学步骤:1.创设情景,导入新课。
将有关表示聚会的图片进行曲连接起来,向学生们展播,从而引出can ,can’t的用法。
2.要求学生以brainstorm的方式说出单词:lesson another concert3.把1a中的图片和单词卡片给学生(4人一组)把词与图联系起来。

知识技能1)掌握本单元的词汇,短语和句型。

而且这个阶段的学生活泼好动,好奇心较强,乐于助人,再加上本节课又是他们非常感兴趣的话题,所以在课堂设计上我十分注意激发他们的好奇心,让他们勇敢展示自己对某事物的看法。
