道康宁1785乳液是含60%的小粒径高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷醇阴离子乳液。
道康宁1785乳液是一种极好的调理添加剂,应用于二合一香波中可以改善干、湿梳理性同时亦可增加头发光泽,并给头发一种柔软的感觉。
应用于二合一沐浴露,可让皮肤更加柔橄,不干燥并且提供丝般感受。
本乳液对泡沫的数量仅有徽小的形响并且不影响泡沫性质。
道康宁1785乳液是水分散型的,易于使用。
适合在45°C以下添加,以降低乳液发生不稳定现象的风险。
推荐用量为2-4%。

广泛应用:
1、个人护理品的基油成分,铺展性良好,易涂抹,润滑并具有独特的挥发性。

硅油及改性硅油硅油(silicone)又称为硅酮,学名聚硅氧烷,是指聚二甲基硅氧烷和它的一系列衍生物。
它属于高分子聚合物,是一类无油腻感的合成油和蜡。
在化妆品中,作为一种优质油性原料得到广泛的应用。
它具有优良的物理和化学特性。
1950年,美国道康宁(Dow Corning)公司首先将它应用于化妆品,制造出硅酮擦手霜。
由于这种产品具有良好的护肤、润肤效果,引起了化妆品同行的极大兴趣。
70年代后,硅油在化妆品中的应用得到迅速发展。
硅油经过进一步反应,其聚二甲基硅氧烷中的部分甲基被碳官能基、特殊有机基或聚醚链段取代,可以制得各类改性硅油。
改性硅油既保留了聚二甲基硅氧烷的耐高低温性、憎水性及生理惰性,又赋予其新的特性,如与有机聚合物的相容性、水和醇的溶解性、易乳化性、润滑性、柔软性、吸附性及更优异的表面活性。
现在,硅油几乎可以应用到各类化妆品中,含硅油的化妆品具有以下几方面特性:(一)润滑性能好,涂敷皮肤后能形成一层均匀防水透气保护膜,但又没有任何粘性和油腻的感觉,光泽性好;(二)抗紫外线辐射的性能好。
它在紫外线下不会发生氧化变质从而引起皮肤刺激作用;(三)抗静电性好。
实验表明,擦过含硅油的护肤霜的皮肤静电全部消除,并有明显的除尘效果;(四)透气性好,即使在皮肤上形成硅油膜也不影响汗液的排出。
同时,它对香精具有缓释定香作用,因而保香期较长;(五)稳定性好,化学上表现惰性,对化妆品其它组分,特别是活性成分没有任何不良影响,匹配性好;(六)无毒、无臭、无味,对皮肤不会引起刺激和过敏。
根据硅油的结构及它在化妆品中的应用,硅油可分为以下几类:(一)聚二甲基硅氧烷(Dimethicone)(二)环甲基硅氧烷(Cyclomethicone)或挥发性硅油(D m)(三)聚醚硅氧烷共聚物(Dimethicone Copolyol)或水溶性硅油(四)氨基硅油(五)聚甲基苯基硅氧烷(Phenyldimethicone)(六)乳化硅油(七)硅蜡(八)硅脂和硅膏(九)长链烷基硅油表1是各种聚硅氧烷在化妆品中的特征及应用。
