现在感到您很随和，我自己就稍微放松了些，感觉说话就比较流利了。
”“正是这样。
”我接过话题，“在轻松的交谈中，由于身心放松，就不容易口吃。
所以，在临场谈话前努力使身心放松，是克服口吃的第一个方法，可以叫做‘临场放松法’。
”鸿洋有所体会地说：“我现在放松了，跟您谈话很轻松，我的确感觉很好。
