BATM60 便携式电池巡检议使用说明书深圳奥特迅电力设备有限公司一、概述BATM60便携式蓄电池巡检仪是由微电脑控制，采用大屏幕液晶汉字显示，操作方便，智能化程度高，实时检测蓄电池组的环境温度及单节电池的端电压，并将其测量数据处理后显示，当电池电压异常或温度异常时会有报警提示。

同时采用串行方式，通过RS232（电流环型）或RS485通讯接口与上位JKQ2000C、JKQ3000A集中监控器或其他监控系统相连接，将其测量数据传送给集中监控系统，对其进行数据分析处理。

数据采集卡负责蓄电池温度及蓄电池端电压数据采集。

在系统中，不同的数据采集卡有数据采集卡地址区分，每卡有18路蓄电池电压采集回路，可采集1 ~18节蓄电池端电压数据；数据采集卡数量根据具体蓄电池数量确定。

蓄电池巡检仪主卡用于蓄电池整组电压、温度数据的采集，并收集各数据采集卡的单节电池电压数据，进行数据处理和显示。

该产品由测控模块和触摸屏组成，测控模块为直流监控器的主机，触摸屏作为人机交互的接口，通过RS232连接到主机。

二适用范围本说明书仅限于公司内容设计学习使用，未经许可，不得外发。

三工作原理图3.1 DJKQ-5100原理框图ATC1100JKA-5200型电力专用交流监控器使用说明书特点及技术参数四特点●使用大屏幕液晶显示器，触摸屏输入，使显示内容丰富，操作简便。

●本监控器设有模拟能量流图显示，使运行状态一目了然，可以防止误操作。

●所有对外接口都有光电隔离，并且有独立的隔离电源，增强了稳定性和抗干扰能力。

五技术参数六主机描述1)电源采用24VDC供电，接口为24V、24VGND2)通信口CAN口CAN1（接口为CAN1H、CAN1L）CAN2（接口为CAN2H、CAN2L）COM口COM3（RS485接口为A3、B3；RS232接口为T3、R3、GND3）COM5（RS485接口为A5、B5；RS232接口为T5、R5、GND5）COM1（接口为A1、B1）COM2（接口为A2、B2）COM4（接口为A4、B4）COM6（接口为A6、B5）其中，COM3、COM5为高速COM口，且这两个COM口的RS485和RS232不能同时使用，只能选其一；其他4个为低速COM口3)开关量输入具有16个开关量的输入（接口为INPUT0~INPUT15）4)开关量输出2路开关量隔离MOS继电器输出（接口为LOUT102、LOUT002、LOUT001、LOUT101）9个开关量输出（接口为JOUT11、JOUT01~JOUT18、JOUT08、ERR01、ERR11）七显示及操作说明监控器支持多种运行模式：一充一电单母无降压、一充一电单母带降压、一充一电单母分段无降压、二充一电单母带降压、二充一电单母分段无降压、二充二电双母带降压、二充二电单母分段无降压、一充二电电池充电系统、无图模式。

奥特迅直流系统后台通讯帮助（后附规约）一，通讯与后台1，此规约适用于JKQ-3000A(B，BM)系列监控器。

2，JKQ-3000A(B，BM)系列监控器COM1为默认后台通讯口，COM2-COM6亦可作为后台通讯口。

COM1支持RS485,RS232,RS422。

C0M2-COM6仅支持RS485。

若COM1口通讯质量不理想，可用COM2-COM6中空闲的端口通讯后台。

若COM1口通讯质量不理想，其他端口亦被使用，请致电我司。

COM1口接线方法：C0M2-COM6端口接线方法：COM1作为后台通讯端口的参数设置如下：直流系统的运行参数不宜随意修改，若设置不当会造成系统的不正常运行或不能在最佳状态下运行，请注意主菜单＞2＞参数设置主菜单下按“2”：请输入设置密码：密码为５位数字，若输入密码正确，按“确认”键则进入参数设置页，否则返回上一屏：注意：密码可以修改，出厂时为“11111”。

参数设置＞6＞其它＞2＞通讯设置可进行监控器通讯端口参数的设置通讯端口： 01 用键修改通讯协议： 10本机地址： 001........地址需分配上位地址： 016........一般不需改动波特率： 1200 BPS...（推荐值）停止位： 01 位奇偶位：无校验通讯方式： RS485.....（可转换RS232）右侧方向键区左、右键和更改数值上图为JKQ-3000B(BM)监控器画面，JKQ-3000A监控器需翻显示。

COM2--COM6作为后台通讯端口的参数设置如下：以COM2为例：通讯端口： 02 用键修改通讯协议： 10.........奥特迅规约本机地址： 031........地址需分配上位地址： 016........一般不需改动波特率： 1200 BPS...（推荐值）停止位： 01 位奇偶位：无校验通讯方式： RS485 测试返回下页3，后台机设置建议：1）指令下发周期建议设置为4-8秒，波特率推荐1200 BPS2）我司监控器内本位机地址、上位机地址均为十进制数据。

通合充电模块2.1.1 三相输入模块简介三相输入系列智能型高频开关电源模块，是电力电源最主要的配置模块，同时也是我公司推出的第三代产品，是专门为电力系统设计，具有“四遥”功能的高频开关电源，模块采用世界领先的“谐振电压型双环控制的谐振开关电源” 技术，生产出来的模块具有体积小、重量轻、效率高、空载损耗小、可靠性高等优点。

产品包括220V 和110V 两大系列，十多个品种，配有标准RS-485接口，易于与自动化系统对接，适用于各种容量的直流系统。

型号说明TH系列号 3：代表第三代产品产品系列 三相输入充电模块产品主要型号如表2-1所示。

●交流输入内置符合安规的保险管。

●直流输出内置二极管，可以不增加额外措施实现热插拔。

同类其他没有内置二极管的产品，用户需要额外在直流屏上增加二极管散热片，接线繁琐。

●采用“三相无源功率因数校正电路”，输入无中线，功率因数可达0.94。

●采用隔离自主均流，并机不均流度＜±3%，可保证二十台以上模块良好并机。

●模块具有RS-485接口，方便接入自动化系统进行通信。

●输出过压保护：内置过压保护电路，出现过压后模块自动锁死，模块故障指示灯亮，故障模块自动退出工作，不影响整个系统正常运行；过压保护点：220V模块为320V±5% ，110V模块为160V±5% 。

●输出限流保护：每个模块输出电流最大限制为额定输出电流的1.05倍。

●短路保护：采用回缩下垂限流方式，模块电流输出特性如图2-1，输出短路时模块在瞬间把输出电压拉低到零，限制短路电流在额定输出电流的15％以下。

奥特迅直流系统后台通讯帮助(后附规约)一，通讯与后台1,此规约适用于JKQ-3000A(B, BM)系列监控器。

2,JKQ-3000A(B, BM)系列监控器COM1为默认后台通讯口，COM2-COM6 亦可作为后台通讯口。

3）如有两台以上监控器（包括两台）与后台机通讯，请为每台监控器单独铺设通讯电缆!!!4）如需上传电池巡检仪单只电池电压数据、支路绝缘数据，后台机请合适设置数据长度限制。

一直流电源概述奥特迅GZDW系列直流电源柜,适用于大中小型发电厂、变电所,作为高压断路器直流操作机构的分、合闸、继电保护、自动装置、信号装置等使用的操作电源及事故照明和控制用直流电源。

各项性能指标达到并超过DL/T459-2000标准。

3.主要技术指标二系统构成及工作原理：电力操作电源系统主要由交流配电单元，充电模块，直流馈电，集中监控单元，绝缘监测单元和蓄电池等部分组成，图1为整个系统的构成原理框图：图 1 系统原理框图1.单路交流检测回路单路交流检测回路由交流状态监测单元实现如图2。

图 2 交流检测回路原理图正常运行时,三相交流电处于相对平衡的状态,三相交流电中心点与零线之间无电势差,内部继电器J1不动作,交流故障监测单元内的告警继电器J3的线图通过J1的常闭接点接于零线与火线间,同时LED发光管点亮,指示交流电源正常。

当交流任一相发生缺相或三相严重不平衡时,三相交流电中心点与零线之间产生电势差,内部继电器Jl得电动作,其常闭接点断开,使得内部继电器J3线图失电,J3常闭接点闭合,发出故障告警信号,同时LED熄灭,指示交流电源故障。

2．防雷保护电路雷击分为直击雷和感应雷两种,线路直接适雷击时,电缆中流过很大电流,同时引起数千伏的过电压直接加到线路装直和电源设备上,持续时间达若干微秒,直接危害用电设备。
