3.2.2.4 纸张输出在感光硒鼓上打印的影像被转印到纸张上之后,纸张被送入定影单元将尚未固定的墨粉固定到纸张上。
此后,纸张从定影单元中排出。
出纸调节器检测纸张是否正常排出。
纸张通过加热辊输出后,后盖带动纸张旋转,通过出纸辊组件正面向下输出到顶部出纸盒。
3.2.2.5 硒鼓单元 感光硒鼓形成隐藏静电影像并在硒鼓表面显影出图像。
初级充电器在硒鼓表面形成均匀的电荷。
(1) 电晕丝在硒鼓上形成离子。
(2) 格栅把离子电荷均匀分布在硒鼓表面。
转印辊把墨粉影像从硒鼓表面转印回到纸张上。
清洁器拭去感光硒鼓上的纸张灰尘或污垢。

墨粉用尽模式在覆盖率为5%时,墨粉盒的使用寿命为初始;1500页,标准;2500页。
如果在低效率打印时,墨粉用尽前指示灯上将显示“TONER EMPTY”(墨粉用尽),因为辊的旋转,显影辊的表面或其他墨粉密封件已老化。
硒鼓旋转的上限为45,000 = 3000 页 x 15 转。
下表显示了若用A4打印的可打印页数。

在低效率打印持续时间较久时,会出现如墨粉泄漏和影像缺点问题。
为防止此类问题,打印机装备了墨粉指示灯功能,在墨粉用到一定程度,墨粉指示灯会亮并向客户提示。
当更换上一个新的墨粉盒时,打印机通过新墨粉检测开关检测墨粉盒被更新,墨粉指示灯灭。
检测新墨粉盒装置如下:(1)在硒鼓单元里安装墨粉盒(全新),然后再装入打印机。

(2) 拆下2个自攻螺丝bind B M4x12和后斜槽盖弹簧。
(3) 拆下内斜槽。
.注:用接头盖组件的出纸辊按内斜槽的挤压辊,重新安装内斜槽。
自攻螺丝M4x12M4x12接头盖组件出纸辊 挤压辊Pinch roller(4)警告:• 如果电池未正确更换会有爆炸的危险。
• 不要更换电池。
• 不要拆卸,重新充电或放在明火附近。
. • 使用过的电池应根据当地的规定处理。
(5) 拆下3个自攻螺丝bind B M4x12然后取出接头盖组件。
bind B M4x12 卡钩 Hook5.1.15 前盖(1)松开驱动卡钩从前盖组件松开驱动释放凸轮的锁定。
(2) 从斜槽松开在前盖主件上的“A” 卡钩。
(3) 向如下箭头所示的方向滑动前盖组件将其拆卸。

(2) 拆下6个自攻螺丝bind B M4x12 然后取出斜槽座。
注:在重新安装斜槽座时,检查如上图所示的自攻螺丝bind B M4x12(A)和(B)是否被正确固定。

通过夹具检查底板和撮纸辊固定器组件中的分离辊轴环的间距为45.5-47.5mm ,如果不是,请重新安装斜槽座。
平面 Floor< 板夹>撮纸辊固定器组件(分离辊)Pickup roller holder ASSY(3) 从齿轮52 P/R 上拆下延长弹簧 P/R。
. (4) 松开卡钩并拆下齿轮52 P/R 。
(5) 拆下轴衬F/R。
(6) 拆下F/R辊轴组件。
F/R P/R设备顶端 (设备倒置)F/R Gear 52 P/R(Bush F/R(7) 从撮纸辊固定器组件的卡钩上拆下连接杆。
(8) 拆下撮纸辊固定器组件。
兄弟加工中心机床的保养目的1)减低机械性损耗,维护机床性能及精度,延长机床寿命。
2)及早发现机床隐存故障,避免造成更严重的损坏或危险。
工作时注意事项1)在进行保养维修时,应采取一切措施,防止非工作人员进入工程范围,甚或开动机床,造成危险。
2)如需打开电控箱、电阻器盖,清洁机床1清浩排气扇1关掉机床,打开电箱门,2清洁a,b,c三个位置,及d主轴马达顶的排气扇,3通电开机,检查排气扇是否转动3)通电开机,检查排气扇是否转动。
2清洁X轴盖板下的铁屑1)关掉机床,2)打开X轴左右边盖板,3)用擦子挖走溢出的黄油及铁屑。
4)装回盖板,3 清洁Y轴盖板下的铁屑1)用手动MANU功能把Y轴移往Y-尽头,2)关掉机床,3)打开Y轴前后盖板,4)用擦子挖走溢出的黄油及铁屑。
5)装回盖板。
4 清洁Z轴盖板下的铁屑1)关掉机床,2)打开Z轴两边盖板,3)用擦子挖走溢出的黄油及铁屑,4)装回盖板。
Z轴盖板机床各轴每月加油点1对XY轴加油位置:在机床工作台前面目的:润滑X,Y轴滚珠导轨及螺杆。
油种类:黄油。
注油量:轴承每油孔1-2克,螺杆5-6克。
Z轴加油位置1:在主轴底部。
目的:润滑Z轴滚珠导轨及螺杆。
油种类:黄油。
注油量:轴承每油孔1-2克,螺杆5-6克。
位置2:在Z轴顶部。
目的:润滑用以打刀的机件。
油种类:黄油。
注油量:小量。
位置3:在主轴正面的滑板,Z降下至最底点时可看到。
目的:润滑用以打开刀爪的滑板。
油种类:黄油。
注油量:小量。
主意事项:过多的黄油会黏附铁屑,反而影响滑板的性能。
推荐滑脂1)使用以下5种指定的滑脂之一如果需要严格的加工精度,则推荐使用MULTEMP LRL3(协同油脂)或等同品以润滑球状螺栓。
机器出厂运送前以此产品作润滑。
传输电脑必须接地良好和不漏电,否则烧坏机床NC PCB,电脑最好加上光电隔离保护器.。

2、检查油箱压力是否足够, 一般夹紧润滑泵的压力为4-5Mpa (不带转台的情况下可适当调高压力看夹刀是否有动作,如果泵站压力无法在调高可适当减小滑座润滑口的压力然后查看夹刀动作, 如有效果则说明压力不足,这种情况下一般是管路泄露引起的。
可查看管路情况。
3、如液压没有问题,则可能是机械的问题,首先检查镗轴后背帽是否有松动的现象,由于背帽松动导致狗头窜动引起夹刀油缸行程不足,将背帽重新锁紧即可。
液压油缸研死导夹刀失灵问题分析:油缸研死一般是由于夹刀尾部晃片失灵,油缸内活塞没有回到位置同时主轴旋转造成。
有这种现象发生时一般在主轴箱内部有很大的响声或异常现象,多数是尾箱内有烟冒出。
机械上由于油缸研死会导致主轴不能转动, 所以这种情况下的夹刀不好用必须将油缸拆下来更换。
液压夹刀夹不紧问题1、一是夹爪松动导致外露部分过多,可用扳手将夹爪锁紧即可。
2、夹爪后部分调整垫过厚导致夹爪外露过多3、夹刀阀堵塞导致活塞回不到位,因而夹刀不紧4、夹刀碟簧使用时间过久造成弹性缺失或损坏而导致夹刀不紧,可更换碟簧或重新调整碟簧液压油缸研死油缸拆卸问题1、新型数控机床在拆卸油缸时首先将镗轴拖链拆下,如需要将油缸取出则尾架子也需要拆下。
/SupportPerforming GTX MaintenanceOVERVIEWThe GTX platform has several automated features that help keep the printer maintained. As part of this, the GTX will prompt you from time to time to take care of some of the manually performed maintenance processes. Aside from these prompted processes there are also periodic items that will need to be tended to. Combined with these items, the use of when and how to use the carriage pin is included.Prompted items give a warning display message and will eventually cause the printer to error out if not addressed in a reasonable amount of time. There are two ways that these types of items or events can be triggered. The first of which is by reaching a print threshold which triggers the event to prompt. The second prompt is the length of time since the last exchange was performed. When we pass either set parameter or amount in these categories it will cause a maintenance prompt message. If we continue to use the printer after the next parameter marker hits the printer will then error out. To reset this counter; we will need to perform the maintenance task requested.There are a few other items that require manual cleaning that will need to be tended to periodically. These items should be checked during some of the previously mentioned prompted maintenance items. These items include checking areas of the printer to seeif they need to be cleaned. These include manually cleaning the internal area of the printer’s metal surfaces, cleaning the Carriage Plate, cleaning and greasing the Carriage Guide Shaft, and cleaning the roller system and carriage rollers. For any cleaning of the print head surface, we will touch on the only time such an action should be performed.
