但对森海塞尔来说，中国又是个新市场。
因为产品走进来，企业并没有走进来。
长期以来，其在中国的营销完全采用代理制，对经销商也并没有专门的管理。
让企业“走进来”的使命就交给了马克。
2006年年末，时任森海塞尔加拿大公司销售部及市场部副总裁的马克前来中国。
考察回程后，他立刻把房子和汽车统统卖掉，彻底在中国安下了家。
他要做的，就是要使森海塞尔和自己彻底在中国扎根、成长。

在来中国之前，我在加拿大工作了7年。
加拿大整个团队是我建立起来的，所以中国区的建设也会参照同样的模式。
会分成三个领域：专业音频、工业行业、消费电子，每个部门都安排负责人，每个部门都相当于一个小型公司，由行政部和市场部为其提供支持。
