二、管理类期刊的审稿很多作者不太清楚审稿的程序，其实管理类期刊的审稿程序和其他期刊差不多，都是采用“三审制”，即：初审，外审和终审。
（有些杂志会加入“复审”、“栏目审稿”流程，如科学学研究、科研管理等）审稿的原则有两个方面：一个是质量（水平），另外一个是规范（格式），具体包括一下几个方面：（1）论文有准确的创新内容（2）论文有明显的方法论（3）论文有可靠的学术意义（4）论文形式符合刊物规范初审是编辑部收到稿件后对稿件的初步审查，一般按照一下几个方面判断是否适合该刊发表：1.文章组织方面：文章内容是否适合在该刊上讨论。
