超声波液位计操作规程本规程适用于公司在用的Sitrans PROBE LU一体化超声波液位计的维护、校准、投运及检修的具体技术要求和操作程序。
一、工作原理超声波液位计工作原理是由超声波换能器(探头)发出高频脉冲声波遇到被测物位(物料)表面被反射折回反射回波被换能器接收转换成电信号。
声波的传播时间与声波的发出到物体表面的距离成正比。
声波传输距离H与声速V和声传输时间T的关系可用公式表示:H=V×T/2.这样,只要测得超声波从发射到接收的这个传播时间,就可以得到从探头到物料的距离了。
Sitrans PROBE LU一个回路供电的连续物位监测器。
仪表整体包括传感器和与之相连的电子元器件。
传感器的材质为ETFE(乙烯-聚四氟乙烯),另外,在传感器中内置一个温度敏感元件来补偿应用过程当中的温度变化。
电源:24VDC 最大550Ω频率:54KHz量程范围:6m型:0.25m~6m,12m型:0.25m~12m盲区:0.25m精度:最大量程的0.15%二、运行模式上电后,Sitrans PROBE LU自动启动探测料位。
初始读数为以设置的零点(空位)为基准的料位值(单位米)。
正常显示如下图:1—初始读数(显示物位,采用物理单位或百分比)2—次级读数(显示补充读数的参数代码)3—回声状态指示标志:可信回波或不可信回波4—物理单位或百分比5—状态棒图显示物位值6—补充读数如果回波的置信度降到低于回波置信度阈值,则故障保护计时器开始运行。
当计时器计时满时,字母LOE(回波丢失)与读数交替显示。
三、编程模式1、编程模式显示如下图:1—初始读数(显示参数值)2—次级读数(显示参数代码)3—编程状态标志4—补充读数(如果可选语言,则显示P001~P010的参数名称。
否则显示具有编号的参数的代码,如P054)编程模式下的手持编程器功能键:2、参数读取:①、按下PROGRAM键,再按DISPLAY键,击活编程模式②、或者使用箭头键滚动显示不同的参数值,③、按DISPLAY打开参数代码显示区。
The Probe一体化超声波液位计安装与操作1.介绍注意:PROBE 仅在本说明书规定方式下使用。
PROBE 超声波液位计将传感元件与电子元件一体化,用于测量敞口或封闭容器液位,PROBE 在工业上应用范围很广,尤其在食品及化工行业。
传感元件包含超声波传感器和温度检测元件。
超声波传感器发出一系列超声波脉冲,每一个脉冲经介质反射回一个回波,PROBE 对回波进行处理,经过滤区分真实回波与其它虚假回波,脉冲到达介质表面并返回的时间经过温度补偿后转化成mA 信号输出,远传显示。
安装环境PROBE 的安装环境温度应在规定范围内,且该位置应能满足仪表对安装等级及建筑材料的要求。
前盖应很容易打开以便编程、接线、及观察显示。
建议使PROBE 远离强电压、电流、开关、及SCR 控制激励器。
安装位置PROBE 液位计的安装要保证其声波通道畅通且与液面垂直。
液位计的声波通道不能与进料物流、粗糙的内壁、接缝、横档等交叉。

螺纹连接PROBE 液位计有三种螺纹:2"NPT,2"BSP 或PF2。
注意:在将液位计插入安装孔前,确认螺纹类型一致,以免液位计螺纹损坏。
法兰适配器(可选)PROBE 液位计可配备75mm (3")法兰适配器(可选),它可以与3"ANSI,DIN 65PN10 及JIS 10K3B 法兰配用。
接线A. 盖子未打开前,根椐接线需要起开某一侧的“KNOCK OUT”塞子。
B. 松开螺丝,打开盖子。
C. 把电缆引入液位计D. 接好电缆。
E. 合上盖子,拧紧螺丝,使扭矩达到1.1~1.7N-m (10~15in-lb)。

概述
The Probe 是西门子/妙声力原装进口产品,它是集传感器和电子单元于一体的超声波液位计,能有效
地测量敞开或密闭容器中的液位。
其传感器采用Tefzel ®或Kynar-Flex ®材料,因此能广泛地应用于各种工业领域。
The Probe 易于安装和维护,并且能快速拆卸清洗以适应食品、饮料和制药工业的清洁需要。
The Probe 提供数字通讯选件来进行数据的采集和传输,其接口采用H ART 通讯协议。
工作原理
传感器部件由超声波传感器和温度感应元件组成。
探头从
传感器发射一个超声序列脉冲, 每个脉冲在介质液面被反射成为回波被传感器感应,在探头内经过妙声力特有的声智能技术进行处理,同时,滤波技术用来将来自过程液体的真实回波从虚假回波以及电气噪声中识别出来。
脉冲发射到液面并从液面
返回的时间经过温度补偿, 被转换成距离显示、mA 输出和继电器动作。
