人生的指引
圣经是神的话，神对人的心思意念在圣经中显明，是神赐人最佳的礼物。
圣经都是神所默示的，于教训，督责，使人归正，教导人学义，都是有益的。叫属神的人得以完全，预备行各样的善事。（提摩太后书3章16-17节）
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking,correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.(2Ti 3:16-17)
由此看来，信徒有圣经的话作引导，无须随波逐流。圣经有以下的功用：
1、教训（teaching）——提供正确的教导，指示人正确的道路。
2、督责（rebuking）——使人知道罪恶的可怕，给与人严厉的警告。
3、改正（correcting）——使人归向正途，知罪悔改，不再犯罪。
4、训练（training）——训练人行走义路（合神心意的道路），助人建立良好的德行。
蒙福的途径
圣经劝勉我们把神的话藏在心中，俾能昼夜思想，这是蒙福的途径。
惟喜爱耶和华的律法，昼夜思想，这人便为有福。（诗篇1篇2节）
Blessed is the man... his delight is in the law of the LORD,and on his law he meditates day and night.(Ps1:1-2)
1 灵命的成长
婴孩成长需要呼吸、吃饭、休息和运动；属灵生命的成长也有以下的需要：祷告、读经、相交、见证。
弟兄们，我从前对你们说话，不能把你们当作属灵的，只得把你们当作属肉体，在基督里为婴孩的。我是用奶喂你们，没有用饭喂你们。那时你们不能吃，就是如今还是不能。（哥林多前书3章1-2节）
注：保罗为哥林多人担忧，因为他们在基督里没有成长。倘若新生的婴儿没有成长，也必令人担心。
Brothers, I could not address you as spiritual but as worldly--mere infants in Christ. I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready .（1Co3：1-2)
2 祷告犹如呼吸
祷告是信徒与神交谈，信徒没有祷告，便渐渐与神疏远，灵命便会死亡，犹如人没有呼吸，肉身便会死亡一样。
2.1祷告亲近神
应当一无挂虑，只要凡事借着祷告，祈求，和感谢，将你们所要的告诉神。神所赐出人意外的平安，必在基督耶稣里，保守你们的心怀意念。（腓立比书4章6-7节）
注：祷告——看到神的美善，心中充满赞美，不住的依靠祂和亲近衪。
祈求——认识自己和别人的限制，把需要带到主前。
感谢——认定天父的慈爱与大能，全心信靠衪，才能凡事放谢恩。
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.And the peace of God, which transcends
all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.（Php4：6-7)
2.2奉主名祷告
向来你们没有奉我的名求什么，如今你们求就必得着，叫你们的喜乐可以满足。（约翰福音16章24节）
注：祈求若要蒙神应允，必须奉基督的名，那就是靠赖基督的权柄和按着衪的心意；因此，我们须明白圣经，俾能按主的心意作出有效的祷告。
Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.（Jn16：24)
2.3先求神的国
你们要先求他的国和他的义。这些东西都要加给你们了。所以不要为明天忧虑。因为明天自有明天的忧虑。一天的难处一天当就够了。（马太福音6章33-34节）
注：神的国就是神的工作，神的义就是神作事的方法，总意就是按着神的方法完成神所托的工作，这是信徒首要关注的。
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.（Mt6：33-34)
2.4远超所求的
神能照着运行在我们心里的大力，充充足足的成就一切超过我们所求所想的。（以弗所书3章20节）
注：神不但答允我们所求的，更会给我们超过我们所求所想的。
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.（Ehp3：20)
2.5不住的祷告
要常常喜乐。不住地祷告。凡事谢恩。因为这是神在基督耶稣里向你们所定的旨意。（帖撒罗尼迦前书5章16-18节）
注：要常常喜乐，就必须常常倚靠主，藉着祷告把困难带到主面前。因此，我们不但要定时在家中或教会中祷告，更要随时随地祷告：在学校、办公室等场所，走路时、坐车时、上课时、下课时也应默默地倚靠主。此外，在得意时，失意时、遇困难时、有喜乐时也要谢恩，信靠主的看顾。
Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.（1Th5：16-18)
3 读经犹如吃饭
信徒需要读经，养育灵命，犹如人需要吃饭，养育身体。因此，我们要按时读经，使灵命得着成长。
3.1查考主的话
你们查考圣经。因你们以为内中有永生。给我作见证的就是这经。（约翰福音5章39节）
注：信徒查考圣经，才能明白神的旨意。
You diligently study the Scriptures because you think that by them you possess eternal life. These are the Scriptures that testify about me.（Jn5：39) 3.2爱慕主的话
就要爱慕那纯净的灵奶，像才生的婴孩爱慕奶一样，叫你们因此渐长，以致得救。你们若尝过主恩的滋味，就必如此。（彼得前书2章2-3节）注：灵奶是指神的话，是信徒应爱慕的，犹如婴孩爱慕奶一般。
Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, now that you have tasted that the Lord is good.（1Pe2：2-3) 3.3思想主的话
不从恶人的计谋，不站罪人的道路，不坐亵慢人的座位。惟喜爱耶和华的律法，昼夜思想，这人便为有福。（诗篇1篇1-2节）
注：犯罪三部曲：接触犯罪提议→接纳犯罪意念→计划犯罪行动。若要胜过罪恶，便须经常思想主的话，由它掌管我们的行动。
Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers. But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night.（Ps1：1-2)
3.4实践主的话
少年人用什么洁净他的行为呢？是要遵行你的话。我一心寻求了你。求你不要叫我偏离你的命令。我将你的话藏在心里，免得我得罪你。（诗篇119篇9-11节）
注：灵奶是指神的话，是信徒应爱慕的，犹如婴孩爱慕奶一般。
How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word. I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands.I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.（Ps119：9-11) 4 相交犹如休息
人必须有充分的休息，方有能力工作。主为信徒设立教会，使信徒可在主里独得充分的安息，彼此相交，互相建立，俾有能力见证基督。
4.1得享安息
我将这些事告诉你们，是要叫你们在我里面有平安。在世上你们有苦难。但你们可以放心，我已经胜了世界。（约翰福音16章33节）
凡劳苦担重担的人，可以到我这里来，我就使你们得安息。（马太福音11章28节）
注：主知道世界有苦难，人人背负重担，但退到主里面可得安息。
I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.（Jn16：33) Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
（Mt11：28)
4.2彼此相交
我们将所看见，所听见的，传给你们，使你们与我们相交。我们乃是与父并他儿子耶稣基督相交的。（约翰一书1章3节）
注：信徒应彼此相交，互相建立。
We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.（1Jn1：3)
4.3勿忘聚会
又要彼此相顾，激发爱心，勉励行善。你们不可停止聚会，好像那些停止惯了的人，倒要彼此劝勉。既知道（原文作看见）那日子临近，就更当如此。（希伯来书10章24-25节）
注：主为我们设立教会，使信徒可以共聚一堂，俾能互相关顾，休养生息，故信徒不可忽视参与教会的聚会。
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching.（Heb10：24-25)
5 见证犹如运动
人若没有正当的运动，身体不会强壮；属灵的生命也需要运动，才可健康地成长。为主作见证就是属灵的运动，信徒不可忽视。
5.1主的吩咐
但圣灵降临在你们身上，你们就必得着能力。并要在耶路撒冷，犹太全地，和撒玛利亚，直到地极，作我的见证。（使徒行传1章8节）
注：要为主作见证，自己必须先从主那里获得力量，然后由近至远完成主的吩咐。
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.（Ac1：8)
5.2主的心意
亲爱的弟兄啊，有一件事你们不可忘记，就是主看一日如千年，千年如一日。主所应许的尚未成就，有人以为他是耽延，其实不是耽延，乃是宽容你们，不愿有一人沉沦，乃愿人人都悔改。（彼得后书3章8-9节）
注：我们必须认定主期望人人得救，故我们必须将福音广传。
But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.（2Pe3：8-9) 5.3不以为耻
我不以福音为耻。这福音本是神的大能，要救一切相信的，先是犹太人，后是希利尼人。（罗马书1章16节）
注：传福音（见证基督）不是羞耻的事，因为福音能拯救世人。
I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.
（Ro1：16)
5.4不可忽视
我传福音原没有可夸的。因为我是不得已的。若不传福音，我便有祸了。我若甘心作这事，就有赏赐。若不甘心，责任却已经托付我了。（哥林多前书9章16-17节）
注：主把福音托付了信徒，传福音是必须的。
Yet when I preach the gospel, I cannot boast, for I am compelled to preach. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel! If I preach voluntarily, I have a reward; if not voluntarily, I am simply discharging the trust committed to me.（1Co9：16-17)
