TheLMV341,LMV342,LMV344devicesaresingle,dual,andquadCMOSoperationalamplifiers,respectively,withlowvoltage,lowpower,andrail-to-railoutputswingcapabilities.ThePMOSinputstageoffersanultra-lowinputbiascurrentof1pA(typ)andanoffsetvoltageof0.25mV(typ).Thesinglesupplyamplifierisdesignedspecificallyforlow-voltage(2.7Vto5V)operation,withawidecommon-modeinputvoltagerangethattypicallyextendsfrom–0.2Vto0.8Vfromthepositivesupplyrail.TheLMV341(single)alsooffersashutdown(SHDN)pinthatcanbeusedtodisablethedevice.Inshutdownmode,thesupplycurrentisreducedto33nA(typ).Additionalfeaturesofthefamilyarea20-nV/√Hzvoltagenoiseat10kHz,1-MHzunity-gainbandwidth,1-V/µsslewrate,and100-µAcurrentconsumptionperchannel.
OfferedinboththeSOT-23andsmallerSC-70packages,theLMV341issuitableforthemostspace-constraintapplications.TheLMV342dualdeviceisofferedinthestandardSOICandMSOPpackages.Anextendedindustrialtemperaturerangefrom–40°Cto125°Cmakesthesedevicessuitableinawidevarietyofcommercialandindustrialenvironments.
