Aims: 1. Knowledge Objectives:

Enable the students to listen, speak, read and write eleven words and

four sentences: actor, actress, artist, accountant, engineer, singer,

writer, cleaner, salesperson, policeman, TV reporter; What does your

mother do?She is a TV reporter. Where does she work? How does

she go to work?

2. Ability Objectives:

Encourage the students to use the patterns in real situations: What

does he/she do? Where does he/she work?How does he/she go to

work? ....

3. Emotion Objectives:

Enable the students to cooperate actively with others, using the

learnt English, accomplish jointly a study mission.

Key Points: Enable the students to listen, speak, read and write eleven words and

four sentences.

Difficult

Points:

Encourage the students to use the patterns in real situations.

Teaching Aids: CAI, some paper for students etc.

堂气氛,而且复习了旧知,一举两得。

让学生明确本单元的学习重点,3分钟记忆重点,为后面的有效练习作铺垫。

出示身体局部来猜人物的4种职业,既能激起学生回忆更多的已学单词,又有极强的好奇心。

第二种猜测:根据人物使用的工具来猜,降低难度,多让中下学生回答,树立其学习的自信。

第三种猜测:用英文来描述其职来特点,增加难度,多让中上学生回答,巩固重点。

用明星(演员)来巩固操练,使学生的积极性更高。同时也让学生边问边答。

用学生自己老师的照片来巩固3个重点句型,交际真实有意义,学生也兴趣深厚。

平缓的活动之后,突然给学生大脑来个刺激点的头脑风暴游戏,小组间的合作讨论,使学生更有竞争性,从而提高学习效率。

用头脑风暴复习3种句型,马上用到对话练习中,伙伴间先练说对话,再写下来进行反馈,说写结合,而且用4类不同的明星激趣。

创设一个情境:外面记者采访明星经纪人的场景,自己编写文本,自己录音,让学生进行听的练习。带着问题听,使学生的学习更有效。

把问答形式的文本变成陈述式的文,同时复习了第五单元的第三人称单数动词的变化,学习层层递进,衔接自然。
