作为一名特级教师，我深知教学内容与过程的重要性，它是实现教学目标的关键。在教学过程中，我注重导入新课的艺术，通过创设情景和提问，激发学生的学习兴趣和参与度。在讲授新知时，我会运用多种教学方法，帮助学生理解和掌握知识，提高学生的语言运用能力。同时，我注重组织学生进行小组讨论，培养学生的团队合作能力和跨文化交际能力。在总结归纳环节，我会引导学生进行思考和总结，提高学生的归纳总结能力和语言表达能力。最后，通过作业小结，我期望学生在课后继续学习和实践，巩固所学知识，提高自己的英语水平和综合素质。
二、教学目标
（一）知识与技能
1.学生能够准确地听懂、说对、读懂关于节日的词汇和表达方式，如：Christmas, New Year's Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival等。
2.学生能够运用本节课所学的句型和词汇，介绍和描述不同节日的习俗和活动，如：“Do you know ... ?”, “What do people do on ... ?”, “People eat ... on ...”等。
在进行本节课的教学设计时，我充分考虑了学生的年龄特点和认知水平。七年级的学生已经初步建立了英语学习的框架，但对于文化差异的敏感性尚未成熟。因此，在教学过程中，我注重引导学生理解并尊重不同文化背景下的节日习俗，通过丰富多样的教学活动，让学生在实践中学习，提高其语言技能的同时，培养其跨文化交际的能力。

本节课的作用是呈现新词汇，并通过听说活动拓展本单元话题，巩固目标语言的运用。

通过互相询问课内外活动的安排日程，不仅可以增进同学之间的了解和友情，而且还能学会合理地安排自己的作息时间，养成有规律地生活、学习的好习惯。
