II 摘 要
中国古代历史悠远绵长，文化灿烂夺目，其精髓是中国的语言和文字，是中华文明的代表，更是中华民族精神的根源，陕北方言作为古老的汉语，在中国语言和文字学系中的历史地位十分重要，极富研究价值。陕北方言的保护和传承相对完整，几千年来仍旧蕴含正原始的词汇和精华，保留了很多千百年来原汁原味的语言文化，是名副其实的古代方言。陕北方言中保留可大量上古时代和两汉时期的语言文字，承载着传统而古老的中华历史文明消息。陕北地区文化积淀厚重，真实、完整地体现了陕北人民的生活习俗、文化风貌和精神世界。
陕北方言隶属于北方方言，与中国历史同样有着悠久的历史文化渊源，陕北方言与陕北文化有着密可不分的紧密联系，是研究陕北文化、黄土文化的基础，通过对陕北方言的研究，可以进一步详细了解陕北沟壑纵横的地容地貌，反应出陕北人民热情、勤奋、聪慧、质朴的人格魅力，以及传统而独树一帜的生活习俗风貌的形成原因，陕北人民平时的饮食习惯、婚丧嫁娶、岁节民俗等特色文化，都能利用陕北本地的语言和词汇的表达找到根本的情感来源，也可以了解到陕北民俗习惯中对自然和神话的崇拜，以及宗教图腾的信仰。进而了解中国西北地区近二千年来的民俗发展和历史变迁。陕北方言带我们走进神秘而闪亮的黄土高原，帮助我们揭开中华文明中最厚重的历史积淀，为研究中华文化和中国人性格特征都具有极大的参考意义。
本文通过对与老百姓日常生活息息相关的饮食习惯和婚丧嫁娶为研究案例，对陕北方言的文化特点和词汇特征进行分析研究，为研究中国传统方言和地方文化提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract
Chinese far far away history and culture, China language and text is the
foundation and the treasures of Chinese civilization, which China in Northern Shaanxi
dialect linguistics research and historical position is more prominent in Northern
Shaanxi dialect retains many of the original language and culture for thousands of
years, is a veritable ancient dialect. Northern Shaanxi dialect can retain a large
number of pre Qin, Qin and Han Dynasties of the ancient language, recorded rich and
splendid historical and cultural information. Northern Shaanxi culture has a long
history and cultural heritage, to a large extent reflects the special cultural psychology
of the people of northern shaanxi.
Northern Shanxi dialect belongs to northern dialect, and Chinese history also has
a long history and cultural origin of Northern Shaanxi dialect and Northern Shaanxi
culture has a close relationship can be divided into the study of culture and culture in
Northern Shaanxi loess foundation, through the study of Northern Shaanxi dialect,
further detailed understanding of Shaanxi gully hold landform reflect the historical
causes of the northern people enthusiastic, hard-working, kind-hearted, honest
personality and unique living habits and customs, can also reflect some of the diet
custom, Shanbei culture in old season phenomenon, marriage and funeral custom of
the Northern Shaanxi dialect vocabulary, it also reflects the social religious beliefs
and customs of people's livelihood. To understand the development of folk custom
and historical changes in Northwest China in recent two thousand years. Northern
Shaanxi dialect with us into the mysterious and shiny Loess Plateau, help us uncover
the most profound historical accumulation of Chinese civilization, for the study of
Chinese culture and Chinese personality characteristics have great reference value.
Based on the daily life and the people's eating habits and weddings as a case
