关于DC-DC中72V转12V电源的工作原理说明工作原理:控制线输入72V,U5基极注入电流,U5处于饱和状态。
基极电位随射极输出慢慢升高,当射极升至12V多一些后,稳压管Y3稳定基极电压为13V,基极与射极电流快速变小。
IN+输入电压为72V不变,R2分压变小,U5分压增大,由饱和进入放大状态,基极与射极电流快速变小的速度减缓,由于12V不断有输出,因此基极不断有电流注入,射极也不断有电流输出,因此不会进入截止状态。
但此电流不能维持负载的持续输出,射极电压下降,U5再次进入饱和状态。
以此类推,输入U5在饱和和放大两个状态来回快速切换。
根据负载变化的不同,饱和和放大的时间可不同程度的调整。
若负载增大,则适当减小X19与R2的值。
X19不能太小,可以保护U5,限流。
减小后同样电流放大状态下U5的压降增大,损耗也将增大。
