The thermocouple type and temperature range, specified in °C or °F, are user-selectable. The temperature range can be as wide as the entire span of the thermocouple type, or as narrow as 150 counts (such as 15.0°), limited only by considerations of electrical noise and digital filtering time constants.All ranges for all thermocouple types are digitally calibrated at the factory, with calibration factors stored in EEPROM on the signal conditioner board. This allows temperatures sensors and signal conditioner boards to be changed in the field without re-calibrating the meter. A cold junction compensation (CJC) unit is calibrated as a system with the signal conditioner board. That unit encloses the thermocouple junctions and the junction tem-perature sensor in the same isothermal space so as to minimizecold junction compensation errors.Fast read rate at up to 50 or 60 conversions per second while integrating the signal over a full power line cycle is provided by Concurrent Slope (Pat 5,262,780) analog-to-digital conversion.High read rate is ideal for peak or valley capture and for real-time computer interface and control.Discovery and configuration of Laureate Ethernet Nodes is easily achieved with Laurel's Node Manager Software, and the discovered transmitters can then be programmed using Laurel's Instrument Setup Software. Both softwares run on a PC under MS Windows and can be downloaded at no charge. Standard features of Laureate LTE transmitters include:• Ethernet I/O, isolated. Supported protocols are ModbusRTU and ASCII (tunneled via Modbus TCP) and Laurel ASCII. The latter is simpler than the Modbus protocol and is recom-mended when all devices are Laureates. Note that RS232 or RS485 data I/O in lieu of Ethernet is provided by our LT Series transmitters.• 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA or 0-10V analog transmitter output,isolated, jumper-selectable and user scalable. All selections provide 16-bit (0.0015%) resolution of output span and 0.02% output accuracy of a reading from -99,999 to +99,999 counts that is also transmitted digitally. Output isolation from signal and power grounds eliminates potential ground loop problems. The supply can drive 20 mA into a 500 ohm (or lower) load for 10V compliance, or 10V into a 5K ohm (or higher) load for 2 mA compliance.• Dual solid state relays, isolated. Available for local alarm or control. Rated 120 mA at 130 Vac or 180 Vdc. • Universal 85-264 Vac power. They can also serve as supervisory process monitors and provide alarms or shutoffs when processes exceed normal limits. Multiple setpoint operating modes are individually selectable for each relay. Relay duty cycles and chatter can be minimized with programmable hysteresis and time delays. A band deviation operating mode can be selected for each relay, where an alarm is generated whenever the reading is a selected number of counts above or below the setpoint. 新型BTL伴音功放TDA7056A在彩电中,音频功率放大器的任务是将伴音音频信号进行放大,输出足够的功率去推动扬声器,得到洪亮优美的电视伴音,以满足人们对视听设备中听觉的要求。
彩电中伴音功放的发展大致经历了变压器耦合功率放大器、OTL 功率放大器和OCL功率放大器三个阶段。
飞利浦公司最近新推出了一种新型BTL(BridgeTiedLoad)音频功率放大器TDA7056A。
这种新型的BTL电视伴音功率放大器供电电源范围宽(4.5~18V),当OCL电路和BTL电路采用相同负载相同电源时,BTL功放输出的最大功率将是OCL功放电路的4倍。
BTL电路采用了桥式平衡技术,输出端可直接接上负载扬声器,不需外接隔直耦合电容,所以低频特性好,稳定性高,杂音小,音质更佳。
TDA7056A的额定电压增益为36dB,具有按对数曲线变化的直流音量控制电路(DCVolumeControl),控制范围可达80dB,当直流控制电压低于0.3V时,放大器静音。
TDA7056A为单列直插式塑封结构,共9个引脚。
各脚功能及参数见附表,其主要特点如下:(1)外围元器件少。
(2)功耗低,优良的热稳定性,可靠性高。
(3)输出负载保护电路,各引脚有防电火花(ESD)保护。
(4)高频辐射极低,抗干扰性强。
(5)在+12V供电时,输出功率可达3.5W,谐波失真<0.25%。
(6)音频频响特性曲线宽(20Hz~20kHz),音质佳,低音丰富。
(7)无电源开关闭合、断开时的“咔嚓”声。
附表TDA7056A音频功率放大器引脚功能及参数TDA7056A的内部框图及应用电路分别如图1和图2所示,由图可以看出,TDA7056A主要由电压比较器、过热保护电路、两路完全相同的功率放大器组成。
正常工作时,②脚加有+16V 的直流电源,⑦脚为电源地,④脚为小信号地,①、⑨脚为空脚。
具体工作原理如下:+16V 直流电源经C704、C703滤波后,接入TDA7056A的②脚。
电源完整性设计在电路设计中,一般我们很关心信号的质量问题,但有时我们往往局限在信号线上进行研究,而把电源和地当成理想的情况来处理,虽然这样做能使问题简化,但在高速设计中,这种简化已经是行不通的了。
尽管电路设计比较直接的结果是从信号完整性上表现出来的,但我们绝不能因此忽略了电源完整性设计。
因为电源完整性直接影响最终PCB板的信号完整性。
电源完整性和信号完整性二者是密切关联的,而且很多情况下,影响信号畸变的主要原因是电源系统。
例如,地反弹噪声太大、去耦电容的设计不合适、回路影响很严重、多电源/地平面的分割不好、地层设计不合理、电流不均匀等等。
(1)电源分配系统电源完整性设计是一件十分复杂的事情,但是如何近年控制电源系统(电源和地平面)之间阻抗是设计的关键。
理论上讲,电源系统间的阻抗越低越好,阻抗越低,噪声幅度越小,电压损耗越小。
实际设计中我们可以通过规定最大的电压和电源变化范围来确定我们希望达到的目标阻抗,然后,通过调整电路中的相关因素使电源系统各部分的阻抗(与频率有关)目标阻抗去逼近。
(2)地反弹当高速器件的边缘速率低于0.5ns时,来自大容量数据总线的数据交换速率特别快,当它在电源层中产生足以影响信号的强波纹时,就会产生电源不稳定问题。
当通过地回路的电流变化时,由于回路电感会产生一个电压,当上升沿缩短时,电流变化率增大,地反弹电压增加。
此时,地平面(地线)已经不是理想的零电平,而电源也不是理想的直流电位。
当同时开关的门电路增加时,地反弹变得更加严重。
对于128位的总线,可能有50_100个I/O线在相同的时钟沿切换。
这时,反馈到同时切换的I/O驱动器的电源和地回路的电感必须尽可能的低,否则,连到相同的地上的静止将出现一个电压毛刷。
地反弹随处可见,如芯片、封装、连接器或电路板上都有可能会出现地反弹,从而导致电源完整性问题。
从技术的发展角度来看,器件的上升沿将只会减少,总线的宽度将只会增加。
保持地反弹在可接受的唯一方法是减少电源和地分布电感。

印刷及加工:
可用于大多数传统印刷方式进行印刷。由于产品热敏
特性,应避免超过50°C的加工环境。含酒精或挥发
性有机溶剂的油墨可能对热敏层产生破坏。建议尽可
能的使用不添加任何助剂的原墨加工印刷。专色油墨
或添加助剂的油墨,印刷前建议对油墨先行测试。
模切加工时确保双层结构面材表面上层完全被切断以
防止分离分联时连带。底纸+胶水+中间分离层的厚
度为0.100 mm 10% ISO53。采用背切方式设置剥离
突破口有利于剥离。表面热敏纸的厚度为0.080mm
10% ISO53。
储存期:
在温度23±2C、相对湿度50±5%的情况下,可储存
一年。
