Modernmanufacturingisanimportantpillarofthenationaleconomyand

overallnationalstrengthanditsGDPaccountedforageneralnationalGDP20%~55%.

Inthecompositionofacountry'sbusinessproductivity,manufacturingtechnology

around60%ofthegeneralrole.Expertsbelievethatthevariouscountriesintheworld

economiccompetition,mainlymanufacturingtechnologycompetition.Their

competitivenessintheproductionofthefinalproductmarketshare.Withtherapid

economicandtechnologicaldevelopmentandcustomerneedsandthechanging

marketenvironment,thiscompetitionisbecomingincreasinglyfierce,andthat

Governmentsattachgreatimportancetotheadvancedmanufacturingtechnology

research.

1.C.Currenturrentmanufacturingsciencetosolveproblems

Manufacturingsciencetosolvethecurrentproblemsfocusedonthefollowing

aspects:

(1)Manufacturingsystemsisacomplexsystems,andmanufacturingsystemsto

meetbothagility,rapidresponseandrapidreorganizationofthecapacitytolearn

fromtheinformationscience,lifescienceandsocialscienceinterdisciplinaryresearch,

andexplorenewmanufacturingsystemarchitecture,manufacturingmodelsand

manufacturingsystemseffectiveoperationalmechanism.Manufacturingsystems

optimizedorganizationalstructureandgoodperformanceismanufacturingsystem

modelling,simulationandoptimizationofthemainobjectives.Manufacturingsystem

architecturenotonlytocreatenewenterprisesbothagilityandresponsivenesstotheneedsandtheabilitytoreorganizesignificance,butalsoforthesoftproduction

equipmentmanufacturingenterprisesbottomreorganizationanddynamiccapacityto

sethigherdemands.Biologicalmanufacturingoutlookincreasinglybeingintroduced

tothesystemtomeetnewdemandsmanufacturingsystems.

(2)Therapidriseinsupportofmanufacturing,geometricknowledgesharinghas

becomeamodernmanufacturingconstraints,productdevelopmentandmanufacturing

technologiesofthekeyissues.Forexample,incomputer-aideddesignand

manufacturing(CAD/CAM)integration,coordinatesmeasurements(CMM)and

roboticsfields,in3Drealspace(3-RealSpace),therearealotofgeometricalgorithm

designandanalysis,especiallythegeometricsaid,geometriccalculationand

geometricreasoning;Inmeasurementandrobotpathplanningandpartssearchspaces

(suchasLocalization),theexistenceofspaceC-interspace(configurationspace

ConfigurationSpace)geometriccalculationandgeometricreasoning;Objectsin

operation(rescue,payingandassembly,etc.)meanspayingmoredescriptionand

robotplanning,campaignplanningandassemblyoperationsplanningisneededinthe

typesofspace(ScrewSpace)geometricreasoning.Manufacturingprocessofphysical

andgeometricmechanicsphenomenonofscientificresearchtocreateageometric

calculationandgeometricreasoning,andotheraspectsoftheresearchtopic,the

theorypendingfurtherbreakthrough,thenewonedoordisciplines--computer

geometricarebeingincreasinglybroadandin-depthstudy.

(3)Inthemodernmanufacturingprocess,informationnotonlymanufacturing

industrieshavebecomedominatedthedecisivefactor,butalsothemostactiveones.

Manufacturinginformationsystemstoimprovethroughputofmodernmanufacturing

hasbecomeafocusofscientificdevelopment.Themanufacturinginformationsystem

organizationandstructurerequiredtocreateinformationaccess,integrationand

integrationshowthree-dimensionalinnature,measuringthemultidimensionalnature

oftheinformation,andinformationorganizationsnature.Informationstructure

modelsinthemanufacturing,manufacturinginformationconsistencyconstraint,and

thedisseminationofdataprocessingandthemanufactureofenormousknowledge

basemanagement,andotherareas,thereisaneedtofurtherbreakthroughs.(4)Thecalculationofthewisdomofartificialintelligencetoolsandmethodsin

themanufactureofawiderangeofapplicationsformanufacturingsmartdevelopment.

Categorybasedonthecalculationofbiologicalevolutionalgorithmssmarttools,

includingactivationissuesoptimizeGPStechnologyportfoliobygrowingconcernis

inthemanufactureofthecompleteportfoliooptimizationproblemscombinedspeed

andprecisionofGPSissuesbothinsizeconstraints.Manufacturingwisdom

manifestedinthefollowingaspects:wisdomactivation,wisdomdesign,intelligent

processing,robotics,intelligentcontrol,intelligentprocessplanning,smartdiagnostic,

andotheraspects.Theseinnovativeproductsarethekeytheoreticalissues,butalso

bycreatingadoorforascienceskillsintheimportantbasicissues.Thefocusinthese

issues,wecanformthebasisofproductinnovationresearchsystem.
