This paper analyzes the generation processes of wastewater, the major contaminats and their major sources in beer production. It also introduces the primary biological processing techniques of aerobic and anaerobic treatment. According to the product scale of beer brewery, the main standard of draining water\natural materials, and so on, the main process technology of the beer waste water disposal station is defined as UASB + CASS .Practice of project indicate, when COD of wastewater reduces from1340mg/l to80mg/l, BOD reduces from850mg/l to 20mg/l, SS reduces from1100mg/l to 70mg/l, so that drains out can reaches the Standard.

Abstract
With the development of industry and the growth of population, a large amount of wastewater was discharged into water-body in QinDao.Emit large amounts of brewerywastewater to the environment caused a great threat.The preliminarydesign is onebrewerywastewater treatmentof LaoChuan Brewery Company in ShanDong.The main distinguishing feature of the brewerywastewater is that it contains the massive organic matters, so it belongs to the high concentration organic wastewater, therefore its biochemical oxygen demand is also high.The water which needs to treatment in the brewerywastewater treatment plant is12000m3/d, regardless of the specified future development. Various target in the raw waste water is: the concentration ofBOD is850mg/L , the concentration of COD is1340mg/L , the concentration of SS is1100 mg/L,the concentration ofNH3-Nis29mg/L,the concentration ofTPis7mg/L,and pH is 6.5~8.5.For the brewerywastewater's BOD isveryhigh, it could pollute the environment if drained before treatment, so it request the brewerywastewater which drained must be strictly treated to the《Pollutant emission standards of the beer industry》GB19821—2005)which is as following:COD≤80 mg/L,BOD≤20 mg/L,SS≤70mg/L,TP≤3mg/L,NH3-N≤15mg/L,pH=6~9。

本文分析了啤酒生产中废水产生的环节,污染物及主要污染来源,并从好氧、厌氧生物处理两方面来考虑了废水治理工艺,提出了UASB+CASS的组合工艺流程。可将废水COD由1340 mg/L降至80 mg/L以下,BOD从850mg/L降至20 mg/L以下,SS由1100 mg/L降到70 mg/L以下,出水符合标准。

随着青岛人口的增加和工业的迅速发展,废水的排放量也日益增加,啤酒废水的排出大量,给环境造成了极大的威胁。本设计为**啤酒有限公司啤酒生产废水处理站初步设计。啤酒废水水质的主要特点是含有大量的有机物,属高浓度有机废水,故其生化需氧量也较大。该啤酒废水处理厂的处理水量为12000m3/d,不考虑远期发展。原污水中各项指标为:BOD浓度为850mg/L,COD浓度为1340mg/L,SS浓度为1100mg/L,NH3-N为29mg/L,TP为7mg/L,pH=6.5~8.5。因该废水BOD值较大,不经处理会对环境造成巨大污染,故要求处理后,出水水质达到国家《啤酒工业污染物排放标准》(GB19821—2005)中啤酒生产废水排放限值:COD≤80 mg/L,BOD≤20 mg/L,SS≤70mg/L,TP≤3mg/L,NH3-N≤15mg/L,pH=6~9。
