实验方法: 一、姬松茸引种栽培试验 1 茵丝生长速率及抗杂菌性试验

将菌种接于PDA斜面培养基上,置于25℃的培养箱中培养,对菌丝生长进行观察,包括其萌发时间,生长速率,菌丝色泽,致密度和布满管时间,每组设7次重复。通过对不同菌株菌丝生长情况长势及其抗杂菌能力的研究观察。 2 不同温度对菌丝生长的影响实验将试验用菌株接种于PDA斜面培养基上,分别置于5"C、10"C、20"C、25"C、30"C、35℃温度下培养,测量在不同温度下对菌丝萌发,生长速率,生长势及布满管时 间,每组设5次重复。 3 出菇试验

对初步筛选出的新优势菌株姬松茸1号、巴西51240在大棚内做出菇验证试验。

4 结果 依据姬松茸菌丝体生长最适温度22~25℃,子实体形成与发育的最适温度18~24℃,青海地区高海拔地区5月份之前气温普遍低(一般低于2O℃),且早晚温差大,这种气候条件不利于姬松茸菌丝生长发育,应

选在6--9月份栽培。 参考文献:
