Write a blog post arguing in favour of your chosen sport. Give reasons for your choice.Squash: a perfect match for the OlympicsI think squash should be included in the Olympic Games. It is a sport truly in line with the Olympic motto “Faster, Higher, Stronger”. There really is no pl ace to hide on the squash court—players need to show their speed, wits and skills in order to defeat their opponents. Spectators of all ages have discovered that it is an extremely thrilling sport to watch! There are two main reasons why I believe squash deserves to be an Olympic sport: the game is popular all over the world. Squash is played regularly by more than 20 million people in over 185 countries. The World Squash Federation, the international association for squash, was founded in 1967 and has around 150 member nations. Its fast pace certainly adds to its popularity: a typical squash match for beginners lasts 130 around 20 minutes, so it is easy to fit into most people’s schedules. Another reason for the game’s popularity is that it is quite affordable. Unlike sports that require expensive equipment or large facilities, squash only requires two players and a few pieces of equipment: a squash ball and a racquetand some protective eyewear. Besides, since squash is a popular sport, most major cities already have squash courts, so it should be less costly for host cities to provide the necessary facilities. To summarize, squash is an amazing sport that is not only affordable but also appeals to a global mass audience. It is time for squash to have its ch ance to shine on the world’s greatest sporting stage, especially as it ticks all the boxes required by the International Olympic Committee. If squash was included in the Olympics, it would be a positive step for the sport as well as for squash players and fans all around the world.教学反思。

Include information about its origin, features, famous pieces and influences on other music types.Possible answer:Kun Opera: a short introductionKun opera is an artistic and elegant form of traditional Chinese drama. It is one of the oldest forms of opera still performed today and is our national treasure. It started in the late Yuan Dynasty and developed during the early Ming Dynasty, in the area around Kunshan, Suzhou. What makes the style unique is its smoothly flowing melodies, and Kun Opera is considerably softer than Beijing Opera. The tempo is slow, and brings to mind gentle waves on a lake. Another unique feature is that it is sung in a special stage dialect, based on the local dialect in Kunshan. The lyrics are similar to classical Chinese poetry. The Peony pavilion, first performed around 1599, is perhaps the most famous piece. Itwas written by the playwright Tang Xianzu, and tells the story of the 16-year-old girl Du Liniang who falls in love with the scholar Liu Mengmei in a dream. Other famous pieces include The peach Blossom Fan, The Palace of Long Life, The Western Mansion and The Legend of the White Snake.Kun Opera dominated Chinese theatre from the 16th to the 18th century and has influenced many other Chinese theatre forms, including Sichuan Opera and Beijing Opera. In 2001, UNESCO listed Kun Opera among the Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. To summarize, Kun Opera is a unique style of music with a long history. It is closely connected with Chinese literature and has played an important part in traditional Chinese culture.教学反思。
