2000年，第一代达芬奇手术机器人问世获得欧洲CE认证，成为全球首个获得商业批准的手术机器人。
2015年，第四代达芬奇手术机器人推出型号为Intuitive Surgical的达芬奇Si，增加了患者侧的触觉反馈功能。
医生坐在控制台前，通过控制台来操控机器臂进行手术。
控制台包括脚踏板、手柄和按钮等控制设备。
达芬奇手术机器人的基本结构医生控制台包括患者床、机器臂和手术器械等组成部分。
机器臂通过手术器械进行手术操作，患者躺在床上接受手术。

方法:选取我科2015年7~12月60例实施达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术的患者作为观察对象,加强患者术前营养饮食、术前准备及心理护理,术中做好手术配合,术后严密监测,做好并发症的预防及护理。
结果:通过做好围术手期的护理措施,60例患者均安全度过围手术期。
结论:对机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术的患者,采取有效的护理措施,可有效提高护理质量,促进患者康复。
