特洛伊中的人物分析Troy特洛伊战争From all films that I have seen ,the Troy is the most attractive one for me .There are many characters in the movie .What are talked about and inspired most are the hero Peleus ,the elder brother Hector and the ares Achilles .There is no denying that they are heroes respectably ,but I think we shouldn’t ignore an also respectable person ,Paris.Many people hate Paris,because he is childish ,coward ,and leads the Troy being occupied by the enemy.I think so ,but is Paris good for nothing ?Cannot wo learn something fromhim ?I say yes .We can see the growth ,which is the most important process in someone’s life ,from Paris.Now I’d like to share you my idea .Let’s start from the beginning of the film ,where Paris appeared at fist time .Paris together with his older brother , Hector was visiting Sparta ,where he met the most pretty woman ,Helen .Paris was attracted deeply by the beautiful woman at once ,and fell in love with her when Helen seduced him to her room .Heari ng Helen’s sadness about how her husband di dn’t treasure her and how lonely she was ,Paris showed his protection and decided to save the pretty from a hell on earth .At the day that Hector and Paris wnt back to Troy ,Paris hided Helen in the bowels of the ship .I was shocked when I wached here ,I was afraid there would be a fighting between two countries because of Paris stupid and childish behavior.Actually ,it really leaded a war .When Helen’s husband came to attack Troy,Paris stood outand said to his father and brother ,“let me myself duel with Menelas!The issue came because of me!let me assume it by myself!”He regarded it very simple .It seemed that he was gallant ,but it was not ture .He cowered back when he was hurt by Menelas’s sword ,and crept to his brother ,beggaring his brother to protect him .We looked down upon Paris ,who made all people who laid hopes on him disappointed .At that time ,I think he expressed his cowardice ,selfishness to the limit ,but his bad performance seeded the discussion about his transformation .The real growth b egan with his brother and father ’s death gradually .It recalled my memory of when the Greek rushed into the Troy city from the wooden horse at night .Following what his brother said ,when the Troy fell intoe nemy’hands ,Paris guided the rest of royals and townspeople escaping from the cave .Counting his families ,he found his younger sister disappeared .He decided to rescue his younger sister who might suffered in the city .I remember Henlen looked at him soulfully and said ,“It is so dangerous outside that you may not come back .”Paris gave a kiss on her check , “I am the only adult man in our royal household ,I must take on the heavy responsibility for the rest .Don’t worry ,I will be okay ,and when I find my sister , I will come back with her at once .” Then he handed an important crutch to another young man of their royal household ,said ,“It is very important ,when you see it ,you see the king of our country .If I die ,please guide the rest people ,and pro tect them .”From this ,I was shocked again ,but not the same withbefore .Actually ,I was moved ,and enlightenedsuddenly .Paris changed a lot from the beginning to theend .He was not fear of death anymore ,and he understood what was the responsibility for a man .I respected him in the end ,just like I respected her brother ,Hector at the beginning . When my teacher discussed with me after watching that movie ,she told me it is good that I can find Parisgrowth ,because everyone should experience the process of growth ,even the process is sorrowful .What the teacher told me and what the film hints me give me a big help of thinking of my life .For myself ,I took part in countless competitions since I was young .Sometimes I gained prizes , sometimes not .When I lose in a competition ,my parents would say ,“It is okay ,my dear .You know ,we do not care about what prizes you willget ,but what you gain from a competition .Wether you can find your shortages and search others’ merits ,and whether you can inspire and borrow their advantages and avoid your immerits next time .”I think they always teach me how to grow and hou important the growth is .So I do not want to criticize Paris more .We can make many mistakes in our life .It doesn’t matter .If we can mak e prograss steping on these faults ,it’s worthy .。
