LK-6135金属镍导电涂料物性表产品描述:LK-6135是南京蓝柯导电涂料系列产品,是以金属镍混合在亚加力塑料薄浆中,能为电子产品提供经久不衰的抗电磁波干扰能力,它有极优秀的导电性,而且性质十分稳定。

喷涂方法:●用普通的附有螺旋桨拌搅器的气压喷涂设备便可以喷涂LK-6135,在试样阶段,用最简单的油壶式手喷枪也可以的,但LK-6135必须是已拌搅均匀的。
●为了保证喷件所属的那个电子产品有足够的抗干扰能力,喷涂的厚度也应该要足够,例如要有2至2.5mil的干膜厚度。
另一方面,要注意喷涂时不要有干喷(DRY SPRAY)的情况,即喷涂面在刚喷完的时候是应该显得湿润和均匀的,这样才有最好的附着力和导电性。
