上海创徒科技创业服务有限公司(以下简称“创徒公司”)和上海集成电路技术与产业促进中心(以下简称“ICC”)、上海新微技术研发中心有限公司(即上海微技术工业研究院,以下简称“工研院”)、南京银行股份有限公司上海分行(以下简称“南京银行”)四方签订合作协议,在上海张江科学城核心区共建国家“芯火”双创平台(张江)基地。
“芯火”双创平台(张江)基地将充分发挥ICC、工研院的专业技术服务能力和公共技术平台资源优势,以及创徒公司在双创基地建设方面的运营经验和市场机制优势、南京银行在科技金融领域的服务优势,探索和构建具有开放性、综合性功能的新型创业基地。
基地聚焦集成电路及其应用产业,包括芯片设计、测试服务、设备开发及材料领域,以及相关应用产业领域,以智能化相关产业为主要方向。
基地围绕创业企业发展中的技术、资金、人才和市场等关键需求以及针对不同企业的特征提供有针对性的精致化服务。
打造张江科学城“双创”高地基地计划用3年左右时间,集聚和培育50家左右半导体及其应用领域的创新创业企业,入驻企业估值规模为100亿元以上;建成比较完善、高效的半导体及相关产业服务体系,提供从集成电路(IC)设计、知识产权(IP)、制造、应用研发等到营销、人才培训、企业孵化、投融资等的系统性服务功能;打造产业应用体系,建立芯片、整机和应用联动服务机制,构建从基础层的芯片、传感、嵌入式系统与模组到应用层的终端设备和解决方案的生态系统,促进产业链纵向合作,推动协同创新,最终提升浦东集成电路产业创新创业的效率和能级;发现并培育一批具有代表性的创业企业,探索新形势下的产业创新服务模式,将该基地打造成为张江科学城的“双创”高地之一。
