Internal business correspondence
内部商务往来的商务写作目的在于通知信息、布置安排、征求意见等,用于办公内部成员间的信息交流。属于中性/非正式文书。一般英文字数在40~50词之间,中文不超过300字。具体内容将看情况而定,但任然要注意,英文商务写作要求是“简洁明了”

注:一般来说,E-mail 与 Note 和 Memo 的书写格式是相近的,都包括收信人姓名、正文、结束语和署名四个要素。不同的是,写Memo的格式较为不同,需要看清楚,并做好比较。 Memo的格式
注:以上是较为正式的 Memo记录,日常的Memo可以不加 Subject,只要内容清晰明白。但是遇到较为正式的商务要求,可以参照以上的格式。注意不用添加过多的结束语,可以在内容中添加相关的一些话语道谢/ 提醒:thanks/ remind/。也可以不加。 To:

给总部的全体员工写一个字数为40-50的备忘录:
√ 宣布对Sally Jolie女士的任命。
√ 说明她开始工作的具体时间。
要求总部员工准备欢迎她。
提示:
一般不用信头称呼的形式,也不采用在结尾处署上写信人的名字的方式,而是在备忘录的开头处写明收信人To________,在结尾处写明具体的写信人From___________以及主题:Re:__________ 或Subject:____________。

inform and remind employees about important matters and
events. The purpose of this document is to provide an
overview of memos, their format, and discuss tips for writing
an effective memo.
I. Format of a Memo:
A. Heading:
The heading of a memo typically includes the following
information:

- To: The recipient(s) of the memo, usually specified by their
names and job titles.
- From: The name and job title of the author of the memo.
